They cancel appointments on people that use their medication for psychiatric reasons which is incredibly dangerous and irresponsible for a business of their nature dealing with patients. I spent thousands of dollars with them and they don’t even e mail me back. If you just had basic human decency you’d have me but I guess you make too much money to be decent to clients. Enjoy their high of its your thing I just do not see their light eighths worth the hassle they cause. Thanks for trying! Please don’t water your plants with air conditioning fluid anymore! That’s so mean!

There was an issue with my order. I have been calling an emailing since Friday (it is now the sunday of the order) and I have gotten no response whatsoever. I wish they would take their duty to their patients more seriously.Edit: After many attempts to reach them they did help me at the time of pick up. I wish there had been some notification that they'd at least heard it was a problem. Harmony's product is the best of the dispensaries I've tried, but I would appreciate more developed patient services.

I use to come here all the time and the staff is amazing but ever since COVID-19 they have just made it difficult. I would rather go to Rise or the new Zenleaf dispensary in Elizabeth. They have walk-ins and also they are running it safe with social distancing and sanitizing often. I would say I would come back after all this is over but who knows? These other dispensaries may end up improving and keep me a loyal customer. I apologize if this comes off rude but it’s only the truth . If you are an “essential” business , you shouldn’t make it so hard for the customers.

This is the best dispo in New Jersey hands down. The flower is the best quality, and the staff is so friendly. Now due to covid their operation runs smoothly- there is no wait time, and it is very organized. I’m highly impressed with this establishment and their staff. Today I was helped by Zoe and she could not have been more helpful and positive during these times. 10 stars for harmony :):)💛

It's really sad for me to say this but this place is going downhill. They have some great quality strains and probably the best in NJ around. That does give you permission to treat customers the way you do. They started this curbside pick up program on Thursday, supposedly. An email was sent on Wednesday late afternoon. Once I received it I tried clicking the link and placing an appointment. The dropbox never gave me a time or date to choose an option. I emailed them the next day explaining the issue. They emailed me back Friday to tell me it's a trial run and all the spaces were filled. I don't understand why they don't have a buy online and pick up service option on their website like most other dispensaries but hey I don't sign the paychecks. Now this place is shut down due to health concerns and so I can safely assume they do practice unsafe cultivation and the grow room is unsanitary. Apparently now I have to wait till they can offer more times and dates for this trial curbside pick up run to end. I would have loved to get my prescription filled by Harmony but it doesn't seem like management cares enough to take care of its customers. I understand it's a business and it's about the almighty dollar but really come on man. Find a way to get your product to all your customers. Especially the loyal and regulars that keep coming back. Oh well, I heard Rise in Paterson is on it's way up so I hope they can deliver the same quality strains if not better then Harmony. They have a buy online option and you can go pick up once your prescription is filled. Easy and convenient. I really hope they can get their act together, make it more organized and convenient. Until then I would keep away and save yourself a headache. Such a shame.

This is my primary atc and I absolutely LOVE all the staff from reception to bud tenders. I’ve been coming here since it opened, the bud has always been amazing and the store is beautiful on the inside, very safe place with very good security.DOWNS:The flower variety is seriously slacking. There aren’t even prerolls anymore, just pre-ground bud. The bud should either be removed from the menu or there should be a way to avoid such a low variety of flower for the patients, even if it means possibly growing a smaller batch of certain strains to make room in the grow room? I don’t know.-Lacking tincture/edibles. -4:30PM close on Friday? People go to work and it’s very far for some. That’s a little ridiculous. Already closed on Saturday! Either way I have to say one more time the staff do an amazing job, working fast and hard and always offering the best tips and advice... the staff get 500 stars. Everybody on the floor

I've been to a couple dispensaries in north jersey and I like this one best. Paterson just opened and I have yet to do there and union is a pain in the tukas to get to for me.. harmony has a good website and its updated daily with the new stock, drop dates for new flower, and sales... yes, sales!!! They put weed on sale.. how awesome is that.. they have discounts for people like me that have to drive 65miles each way to get to the closest dispensary (could you imagine driving that far to get to the pharmacy anywhere in america..lol) also a nice discount for first responders.. the sales people are welcoming and knowledgeable and willing to aanswer whatever stupid questions you may have... great place!!!

This place has been the best local medical dispensary for North Bergen County since the day they opened. They are constantly updating their strains and have multiple varieties to chose from as well as discounts and sales. There is plenty of parking and the staff is very nice. Walk ins are allowed and sometimes you may have a little wait but it's worth it. They also have very clean bathrooms just in case :)

I have been here twice, both times good. Today was more exceptional, had a girl named Rose (maybe ruby) I believe, sorry, but she took her time to explain to me what I should be looking for my symptoms, I probably should have taken notes, but her knowledge and passion not only of the products but to help patients was superb. Going to have to make an appointment with her again, this time with a notebook. Plenty of parking, friendly people, clean environment.
