It's really sad for me to say this but this place is going downhill. They have some great quality strains and probably the best in NJ around. That does give you permission to treat customers the way you do. They started this curbside pick up program on Thursday, supposedly. An email was sent on Wednesday late afternoon. Once I received it I tried clicking the link and placing an appointment. The dropbox never gave me a time or date to choose an option. I emailed them the next day explaining the issue. They emailed me back Friday to tell me it's a trial run and all the spaces were filled. I don't understand why they don't have a buy online and pick up service option on their website like most other dispensaries but hey I don't sign the paychecks. Now this place is shut down due to health concerns and so I can safely assume they do practice unsafe cultivation and the grow room is unsanitary. Apparently now I have to wait till they can offer more times and dates for this trial curbside pick up run to end. I would have loved to get my prescription filled by Harmony but it doesn't seem like management cares enough to take care of its customers. I understand it's a business and it's about the almighty dollar but really come on man. Find a way to get your product to all your customers. Especially the loyal and regulars that keep coming back. Oh well, I heard Rise in Paterson is on it's way up so I hope they can deliver the same quality strains if not better then Harmony. They have a buy online option and you can go pick up once your prescription is filled. Easy and convenient. I really hope they can get their act together, make it more organized and convenient. Until then I would keep away and save yourself a headache. Such a shame.
