*Edited- Their prices have become better since last year. Lancaster Ave Reading,Pa is my preferred dispensary local. Not a fan on how the 5th St dispensary has been managed and don't recommend it. Mission of Allentown is the BEST PRICES!

So I am sitting here while customer service rep. is leaning on counter having 15 minute conversation about the beach with 2 patients. I have been waiting over 1/2 hour with someone waiting for me in the car. Never experienced this at Cure Lancaster. But the Pharmacist definitely made up for the delay, she was awesome! Answered my questions, and was very helpful.

Update: I gave them a second try. Plenty of help this time. No one was rude. I had someone answer my questions about products they carry and things they don't. Changed from 3 to 5 stars.ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is the third dispensary I have visited. It is the only one that let me in without showing my patient card.The person working at the front desk was emotionless with me but was rude to another customer. With the harsh attitude I was seeing and the lack of video information on their website, I felt sorry for a woman that was sitting there. It was her first visit at a dispensary. I talked her through a little of what I knew.She had an appointment to meet with somebody inside that could help her select product for vertigo. I told her that if the folks inside were just as snippy, than she owed it to herself to go to the Dispensary at Bethlehem or Phoenixville rather than put up with this attitude.I was told by the lady at the counter that it would be helpful if I knew what I was looking for. Fortunately, I have experienced and did know what I was looking for.The display inside had the same look as the website. Very basic with only a few products on a few shelves. The lady at the desk was much nicer when she got around another employee towards the back counter.To be fair, maybe it was just this one person being rude and not the entire sraff. That's the only reason I'm still giving them three stars,It's unfortunate that this is the closest dispensary to my house, the next time I needed product I had somebody drive me to Phoenixville.

Service was good till it wasn't. I bought 1/8 of Terrapin Dark Blue Dream and one gram of Terrapin Blue Lotus from here. Both were so ddry they instantly turned to powder and the stems we're like sticks not "green sticks" as they should. I grew for 5 years in another state and know for a fact "Boveda" makes a countermeasure with the express purpose of combating lack of moisture or too much, and they are cheap!!! So I called back and they told me I have to to contact the grower, so I explained if I got rotted wood from Home Depot, I would not have to contact the timber company. So the employee wasn't having it and I tried to tell her there was info on the container with the provider's info BUT hadn't gotten to the point where I explained they were DIFFERENT BRANDS and WAS CUT OFF, told "Well would ya look at that!!!", sarcastically, and HUNG UP ON!!! I tried to call back and they didn't answer. I have to use them and I think they know that because they are the only provider near my area. This situation needs to be fixed ASAP. Sarcastic and rude employees are one the easiest way to lose business, which I would assume, is pretty axiomatic to a business.
