Feedback:

Service was good till it wasn't. I bought 1/8 of Terrapin Dark Blue Dream and one gram of Terrapin Blue Lotus from here. Both were so ddry they instantly turned to powder and the stems we're like sticks not "green sticks" as they should. I grew for 5 years in another state and know for a fact "Boveda" makes a countermeasure with the express purpose of combating lack of moisture or too much, and they are cheap!!! So I called back and they told me I have to to contact the grower, so I explained if I got rotted wood from Home Depot, I would not have to contact the timber company. So the employee wasn't having it and I tried to tell her there was info on the container with the provider's info BUT hadn't gotten to the point where I explained they were DIFFERENT BRANDS and WAS CUT OFF, told "Well would ya look at that!!!", sarcastically, and HUNG UP ON!!! I tried to call back and they didn't answer. I have to use them and I think they know that because they are the only provider near my area. This situation needs to be fixed ASAP. Sarcastic and rude employees are one the easiest way to lose business, which I would assume, is pretty axiomatic to a business.
