Since harvest was sold to corporate america ---> this place is a joke , new staff every week, the guy at the front desk has a hard time scanning an electronic card, says to me " I don't do this to often " people in the back don't know what is and is not on sale, can't tell you when anything will be in ... just a big hassle going here, so many other dispensaries in the area that are run on a much better level , with top notch product , Perfect example of what happens when shareholders take over a co. PROFITS over SERVICE!!! Do yourself a favor stay away !!!

Fair prices. Unacceptable customer service. Purchased a Palm CCell pen - instructions did not say to remove cartridge when charging. Contacted the store because the pen nearly caught fire the first time I charged it. It was extremely hot to the touch - and burned up a cartridge. Not to mention stunk up the house on a day we were having someone over to replace windows in the house. The visitor commented about the very strong smell of cannabis - at least 4 hours after unplugging they pen. Store manager told me to bring it in - but when I made the trip from across town - she told me that I hadn’t followed the instructions. This is after several emails back and forth concerning the matter. I did not recall reading this in the instructions but took her for her word that I must have not followed the instructions....but then before throwing the item in the trash and writing it off as a total loss....$ and time....Looked in the box - no instructions to remove cartridge before charging. Went online - several sites do NOT instruct to remove cartridge. Looked and looked - NOTHING anywhere to indicate special charging instructions and potential fire hazard. Had I left the pen unattended and charging in the home...a fire could have very easily occurred - the pen nearly burned my hand when I unplugged it. There was an underage and special needs child in our home too, on that day. This is what was most concerning about the whole situation to me. 1st - Safety Hazard!2nd - no instructions from seller re: proper usage and potential hazard3rd - no attempt by the seller to make right the problem4th - basically, told me that if I came across town - and brought the item back that they would make it right. They didn’tI have NOT returned to this dispensary for the sheer principles of lack of proper product information from employees and inside products packaging....which could have been a major safety hazard - AND being inconsiderately run around...ALONG WITH no attempt to make right the sale the potentially could have ended up a very serious situation.

I just left harvest on Elliot and Courtney helped me out and she was absolutely in the best of spirits to be working on Christmas Eve she went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed even though you guys were completely stopped busy I’m super appreciative and I will absolutely recommend this dispensary! I enjoyed this place for a while until I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this location. They had a special in September that was offering a quarter of bud, an aero pro battery, two area pro carts, a 5 pack of Dutchie pre rolls, a fanny pack and a pipe for 100 bucks. I thought it was a fantastic deal. I called before hand and asked if there was a limit to how many you could purchase at a time or for the month and was told that there was none. I went in and asked for three if those deals. I have multiple homes so I wanted an aero pro batter for each home so it would be convenient for me when I’m traveling. And it was a great deal. I get there and they are packed as usual it takes forever to finally get helped and when I do they tell me they are out of batteries. They said that they were sorry and the manager said that I could have each of the deals for 80 dollars each and that I could come back in a week when they got another shipment of batteries in and that they would still give me the batteries for free. The manager adjusted the price and put a note in the system stating I had three free aero pro batteries in my account for my next visit or when they were back in stock. I had to get the aero pro batteries to use the aero pro carts since they can only be used together and not with a regular c cell batterie. I waited about 2 weeks before they even had them back in stock and when I went to pick up the batteries after they had arrived a different manger said that I could not have the batteries for free even though he read the notes on my account saying they were free. He said that since I paid 80 each for the deal instead of 100 each that I would still have to pay for the batteries. The only reason I did these deals was for the batteries. I wasn’t able to even smoke the cartridges while I waited the two weeks for them. They are 30 bucks each plus tax and he’s saying since I saved 20 on each deal is should have to pay. I was not happy so he said I could have one batterie for free but I would have to pay for the other two. He would not listen to anything I had to say either. The math doesn’t work out correctly or fairly on for me. I also made sure to verify with the manger who offered me the free batteries and the deal that he was sure I’d still get the batteries for free I triple checked because I had a feeling they were going to do this. I even offered to pay the full amount for each so that I could ensure I got the batteries. He said that wasn’t necessary and he was sorry and that I would be taken care of. I did not get his name unfortunately. I never got the other two barriers and I gave up trying to argue with the manger at the store who denied me my batteries. I have since stopped going to this location and started going to territory in chandler since they actually take care of there customers and don’t rush them out the door.

Will never return. Their live resin cartridges are extremely fragile and mine shattered after falling a foot and a half off of my bedside table. When I attempted to return the item I was treated by the manager on duty as if my request was ludicrous and the return was refused. “We don’t do returns for human error,” he said slyly after I explained my issue. Excuse me, the issue was that you sell fragile carts with no warning that they are made of far less sturdy materials than the norm. Anyway I would steer clear, unless you want rude perfunctory service, mediocre shatter, and vape carts with the surface integrity of a fabergé egg

This is hands down my favorite dispensary. Any time I go elsewhere I regret it straight up. The staff is beyond friendly and the quality of even their house special tier is top notch. They also have happy hour from 4-7 everyday so you're always getting awesome deals. I recommend this place to everyone I meet with a card! Check them out you will not regret it :)

STAY AWAY! The dispensary has below average bud (even their high grade THC products). Not the worst part though, bought $50 worth of cartridges from them. The cartridges were defective and did not work. No biggie, called them after getting off work to see if they allow returns with receipt for defective products. Mentioned the product name (KIND) specifically. The employee who answered told me to come in and it'll be no problem. Drove 25 minutes just to get there and have them refuse to do a exchange or even a refund even though I have the receipt, the products are not used (since I was unable to smoke them) and I just bought them 2 days ago! Was informed that they do not own the cartridge brand so I would have to contact the manufacturer directly and then could not even inform me on how to contact the manufacturer! Also did not offer to do any type of compensation even after I was told by an employee it would not be an issue. Long story short, stay away from the dispensary with below average marijuana who refuses to give you any type of refund or compensation for defective products that THEY SELL. Also, still expecting a call back from a manger that was supposed to be an hour ago. Thats all, rant over

This is literally THE nightmare of all med shops, and this is also the perfect example of what happens when corporations take over businesses & industries. The prices go up, quality goes down, customer service goes bye-bye and if you don’t like it, tough luck. I’m a (would have been) first time customer, despite everyone that I know with a card warning me not to use this particular corporate shop they call it “the Walmart of weed stores, with Nordstrom prices” they advertised my favorite strain for sleep, so it seemed worth the dice roll considering I’d get a BOGO deal. Friends warned me that their inventory rarely match's what the websites say, so I called ahead to make sure, and they verified that the strain that I wanted is in stock. I knew my drive was going to be close to an hour one way (the 10 East is closed all weekend for construction, making it twice the length as normal) I arrive, fill out paperwork, see my strain on the display wall, see the strain listed on the wall menu, and stand in a line that was more of a free for all. What exactly is the point of letting so many patients go to the back while others still haven’t decided or checked out? Especially when there’s only 2 budtenders, and the one was I with had limited knowledge of product at best. And like I was told by my friends......drum roll please.....They didn’t have my strain. The strain they verified having an hour before. The strain on their menu, and the strain on the display....They did not have. Then of course comes the salt in the wound, they try upselling me on another strain, and at double the quantity (and double the price) of what I came in for. They weren’t even knowledgeable enough to try veering me to a similar strain that gives similar results, and this wasn’t just one employee who lacked this basic cannabis knowledge. Also, everything that I saw here was prepackaged, meaning you can’t see or smell what you’re getting before you buy, the shop layout is terrible, very unorganized. The display jars on the left contain older medicine because there was very little, if any aroma. At least switch them out once in a while! The gal at the counter didn’t know which strains did what. I came for a specific sleep med (heavy indica dom) and their 50-50 hybrids, especially at much lower THC levels aren’t going to give the patient the desired result. The employees either don’t know cannabis or they don’t care, and were just trying to get another sale.Almost 2 hours in the car and 20 minutes in the shop only to arrive back home without medicine. Zero stars is too generous. At least one of the employees apologized to me, which is more that what other reviewers are saying about their nightmare experiences with this place. Another thing that wasn’t cool, the older gal (manager maybe?) tells me that she’ll call the Baseline shop to see if they have it, and “it’s only 2 minutes away.” Uhhhh, hello, we live here and know that Baseline is 15 minutes away IF I-10 is open, meaning best case I’ll wait 7 times longer than she said, and that’s with the 10 open, which it wasn’t this weekend, meaning it’s closer to a 30 minute wait. I know becauseI just navigated that detour to get there. That shop didn’t have the strain either so I avoided another nightmare. Patients are exactly right about this place, these new corporate shops are the worst, avoid Curaleaf too (midtown and Camelback have lost 70% of their customers since the buy outs) Harvest felt like the Disneyland of green pharmacies, and this is not a compliment in any way.

Although I have only had the pleasure of visiting this dispensary once because it is so far from me, it is phenomenal! I went in during one their busiest times and had fantastic customer service. Lauren went above and beyond to make sure I got the medication I needed and at a great price at that! I happened to visit during happy hour and although there was a wait becauseof the time of day they have a really cool guy that answeres your questions about their amazing selection of products and just talks to you. Then I got to the counter where Lauren made absolutely sure I got a geat deal and Indicas and Hybrids that would work for me. As for their product itself, I recommend it very highly. Potent, potent, potent! QUALITY is out of this world! Banana Split was my favorite out of the 3 different strains I purchased. If I am in this area again I will definitely be making another stop. Thank you to Lauren again! Your expertise made all the difference.

It is with much regret that I have to write this review. I have to say, Harvest was my favorite dispensary for the last 2 years. I’ve had nothing but great great experiences with such awesome and helpful people. It’s a shame that they’ve got a bad cookie on their team. The manager today (Caucasian lady with blonde hair), I believe her name was Veronica, unfortunately handled things very poorly. I called ahead and asked if i could bring my two small children with me before i showed up. I was told yes, so i did. Upon arrival i was told to leave both children upfront and head back. I asked if he’s sure, he said yes, that’s the way they did things and buzzed me in. Ok...... well, I knew what i wanted so i figured it would be fast anyway. I was quickly redirected back to the front to stay with my two babes. It was embarrassing but i understood as I was confused in the first place. I had never done it before so i just listened to what i was told. My bud tender was absolutely awesome, as they always are here, and made sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. I let him know immediately I had X amount of money to work with and what deal/coupons I would want. He worked his magic and we had my list of things. I waited 15 minutes til 4pm so I could get the additional happy hour deal, no biggie. Fast forward and there is an issue with my order. They added an extra 1/8th, charged me for my student preroll and didn’t take off the $30 coupon. The manager tells me they will credit my account $22 and I could use the coupon on a brownie that was in my original order but I would have to pay an additional $17. Uh, no. I didn’t bring any more money and I wasn’t paying to take out money for something that was supposed to be included in the first place. The bud tender went back to tell her this as i wanted to use my credit and coupon to pay for the original brownie since I’ve already paid for it and she responds that they can take 20% off and that’s the best they could do. WHAT?! How does this make any sense??? I leave AN HOUR LATER, as it took that long to communicate with her through other people since she wouldn’t talk to me directly, with the stuff given to me and told there would be a credit on my account. SO WHY COULDNT I USE THAT CREDIT TO COVER WHAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. I called to speak to someone above her, she says that She’s as high up as I’m gonna get. I tried to explain my frustration with her and she tells me SHE NEVER SAID THAT AND I COULD GET THE BROWNIE WITH MY POINTS. Hm, funny how that changed in the matter of minutes and apparently the entire phone game situation didn’t just happen where I was responsible to pay for their mess up. She also told me they are not a day care and I can not leave my minors unaccompanied. Well, duh. I was just following the commands give to me. So displeased with the way I was treated today and the attitude of this “manager”. The people who work here are freaking awesome so it’s a shame they’re being overseen by her. Budtender guy that was caught in the middle- you were so sweet and helpful. I’m so sorry she treated you that way. TLDR; Harvest messes up my order, manager wanted to charge me for it then said she never said any of that when I called to speak to someone later. P.S. THEY ARE NOT A DAY CARE. I feel like she told me this so many times, I should state it again since apparently that’s what I think of them.
