For the must part, the staff here are great. The selection is extensive and well curated. If you need any advice, the folks here are always more than happy to help. My only criticism is when they have that one employee who might have had a bit too much before starting their shift. It's rare, the staff are nearly always super professional. But it does happen, and it's kind of obvious when it does.Bear in mind, this isn't a very bad issue. This is a class act establishment. Worst case scenario, they're maybe a little distracted and extra friendly. It's just enough to keep from getting that fifth star. In fact, I may even come back and revise my review at some point, because if you're looking for a good dispensary, you've found one.

While visiting and shopping at this store recently I suffered two seizures and collapsed in the store. Casting all judgment aside and immediately jumping into action the budtender Rachael I really have to commend her for immediately taking care of me during that scary situation. I can't really recall the seizure I can only remember a little bit beforehand but I guess I was acting pretty erratic and I think a lot of other people would have just been judgmental or made fun of me. But not these people. A girl named Rachel behind the counter immediately came out from behind the counter to help support my head while the manager behind the counter bamed Stu immediately got on the phone to call 911 so that they could come render aid. Afterwards they were sure to check up on me and see how I was doing which really meant a lot to me. To me these guys are more than just a local pot shop they're great members of our community that clearly care for the community and the people who reside in it. I will forever be thankful and aside from them doing this great service to me I also have to commend them for their great service in general at the store. I actually work at another dispensary but I always shop here because of the great treatment I receive, the great advice they have on strains and different products, as well as the great selection that they keep as my store never really has any good stuff and when we do it all sells out pretty quickly. So in summary Rachel and Stu as well as everyone that works there but specifically them are amazing Souls. I feel so much more secure knowing there's people like that in our community and I will forever be loyal to have a heart/ a cannabis store. Thank you so much again to everyone in that store and best of luck. I couldn't recommend them more not just for the amazing support they gave me possibly saving my life but also for their knowledgeable service. Have a heart was such an appropriate name for that dispensary when it was that as they clearly do have such big hearts. God bless them all and thanks again SO MUCH for taking my health so seriously. These two deserve a big raise.

I visited looking for a product not for me but for my father who was diagnosed with Parkinsons in 2018. The knowledgeable and patient staff discussed possible CBD products that have been suggested to help symptoms and insomnia in multiple medical journals. We were able to settle on a high grade CDB (low THC potency) product that has been working wonders! Many thanks to the wonderful staff there!

This dispensary is normally great. Unfortunately I had a real unsavory experience this time, your Bothell staff is super knowledgeable and helpful!BUT. when I want a quarter, and you say you can only sell me two 8ths at the per until price, it makes little sense that Have a Heart would not allow teir pricing for this. Maybe they will change something and win me back, but I feel shafted by Have a Heart as a corporation.

I placed an online order in hopes of picking some things up during their stash dash sale. I placed it at 1015am and it was confirmed ready for pickup shortly after. I left a special note on my order telling the staff I would be in later that evening to pick it up. I drove up from Lake City only to find a long line out of the door. This store was NOT prepared to handle this amount of business. I waited in line for nearly an hour before reaching the counter. I told them my name explained I had an online order only to find THEY DID NOT HAVE MY ITEM ! I was furious because they could of informed me in any part of the day that they didn’t have my item. There were hours in between me placing the order and showing up. I would of been fine with it and not drove the distance and definitely not have waited in that line. However; instead of an apology, I was told something along the lines of they operate under a first come first serve basis and that my item was likely taken for someone else. I was also told they “couldn’t find my order in the system”. Which is a lie because the order was confirmed by their system ready for pickup; you have to manually send those messages from the computer it’s not automatic. This was crushing because the item was sold out and they had no other items available that were similar. I drove past countless shops, waited patiently for an hour only to be screwed by this store. Why use the online system of its not efficient or faster? Horrible experience I will not go back there EVER AGAIN. No Heart Here

This used to be an amazing store! Nice people and great value and well worth the drive. However, since I started receiving text promotions it has been backfiring on them. 20% off? Oh come on. Show me the cheap ounces, the $5 grams. Make it worth my while. The entire text campaign - day after day of "so what" text promotions has left me with a desire to go elsewhere. I will go back to Tacoma where the stores have decent prices and the values are always there.

Some items are overpriced compared to other places. Greeter was over the top hyper and fake, did not have any knowledge, only a greeter. I had more knowledge about what items I was looking for than the staff, but they kept trying to confirm details with the other staff before getting what I asked for. The one staff I was talking with went in and out of the back room and came out with the wrong product twice. I guess staff needs more training and to listen to the customer more.

This location was my first recreational experience ever. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were a bit high in the beginning, however it's worth the quality of the product. This shop has daily deals and a point system as it always seems like I get a discount on products. I highly recommend this location and if you're looking to expand your inventory of favorites. This place is a must see.

Wish the checkout process was better. I typically know what I am after and would rather not have to wait behind folks who want to chat about every product. Especially hurts when their register system is slow and/or they have limited staff to ring things up. While this has been my #1 spot, other places I have checked out are much faster on getting me what I need and on my way.

This is by far and away the best shop around. The problem is I live pretty far from it so I would visit more if I lived in Bothell but they always have the CBD capsules I want so I'm trying to get in the habit of stocking up buying tablets every two weeks to make going out there worth it. Customer service is never an issue here and even if they're busy, they work quickly to get everyone through. If they aren't busy, you can usually have a chat with one of their friendly budtenders. It's small but a really great shop.
