I placed an online order in hopes of picking some things up during their stash dash sale. I placed it at 1015am and it was confirmed ready for pickup shortly after. I left a special note on my order telling the staff I would be in later that evening to pick it up. I drove up from Lake City only to find a long line out of the door. This store was NOT prepared to handle this amount of business. I waited in line for nearly an hour before reaching the counter. I told them my name explained I had an online order only to find THEY DID NOT HAVE MY ITEM ! I was furious because they could of informed me in any part of the day that they didn’t have my item. There were hours in between me placing the order and showing up. I would of been fine with it and not drove the distance and definitely not have waited in that line. However; instead of an apology, I was told something along the lines of they operate under a first come first serve basis and that my item was likely taken for someone else. I was also told they “couldn’t find my order in the system”. Which is a lie because the order was confirmed by their system ready for pickup; you have to manually send those messages from the computer it’s not automatic. This was crushing because the item was sold out and they had no other items available that were similar. I drove past countless shops, waited patiently for an hour only to be screwed by this store. Why use the online system of its not efficient or faster? Horrible experience I will not go back there EVER AGAIN. No Heart Here
