Bob and Don in mill works are completely incompetent. After coming back in to add some doors to a quote, Bob told me he would transfer the old quote to the new one. Instead, he deleted it. So now two weeks have passed and not only do I not have an install scheduled, I’m waiting on them to come back out and measure. Don, who assured me everything was ok, won’t return my phone calls now. Home Depot’s customer service has gone downhill fast. Spend your money elsewhere.

Home Depot sets the bar low for customer service, but this location takes it to a whole new level of low. I stopped by for two items, with an hour and a half before closing. Should have been PLENTY of time. Due to absolute lack of assistance, I was able to get one item in that time. The first item I needed was in stock but up on the top rack. Employees were constantly walking by, but they were all on phones. Some may have been legitimately talking to customers, but several were NOT! One was complaining to a friend that he would need to stock inventory that evening and would not be available to "hang out". Once he got off the phone, he began blasting music and stocking, even though the store was still open. This comes during the time that Home Depot was bragging that they were closing early to allow better after hours stocking. (Don't use COVID as an excuse!) I had a couple employees tell me that they were not able to get the item off the top shelf, but would find someone. Empty promise, since no one came to help. After 45 minutes I grabbed a tall ladder myself, and instantly got chewed out. Still, no assistance. After an hour and ten minutes, an employee said that they would need to find the lift. Ten minutes later he came back and got the items for me. This left me ten minutes to find my second item, a copper fitting, and of course no one to assist. I began looking, but was asked to leave since the store was closing. As I was at the register with my one item, the cashier (who had walked past me at one point) smiled and asked if I found everything I was looking for. I said no. She replied with, "Huh" and that was it. I do not live near this location, but it was the only location (and store) that carried the mosaic tile we wanted. Since the lack of service was universal, this speaks volumes about the management.

My item didnt scan properly and the machine kept blurting out "Customer needs assistance" clearly and loudly, the young cashier a few feet away from me was with another customer at the time so I waited patiently then she served another customer, they had an issue so her another co-worker came to assist her. After assisting her the other coworker walked past me as the machine kept repeating the prompt. The young lady before was about to take another customer as I'm just standing there waiting the customer had to tell her that I needed her assistance, as she comes to help me she rolls her eyes sigh loudly and leisurely walks over but by the time she moved the few feet another associate helped me, I paid for my item and left. I will not be shopping at this location again if this is how they treat customers.I got my fan but you lost one of yours.

Usually we are tested well at Home Depot. Today we bought a couple of things and showed my veterans identification. We also mentioned the cart was a little sticky which is a worry during Covid-19. Ann who was our checkout lady gave an excuse instead of letting some know so that it could be cleaned properly. Ultimately we did not get the military discount either. I think Ann, rather than worrying about excuses should have let someone know to be able to clean the carts correctly and of course it would have been nice if she had given me my discount for being a veteran.

It was an hour before closing, so not much time, but I pretty much knew where I had to go to get everything. The only thing I couldn't get was the bug zapper I wanted. Out of stock. Oh well, I'll get that later. Not a big deal. I had plenty of help when I needed it. But my cashier didn't get my military discount added in even after showing my card. Bad enough that I forget once in awhile. I'm not upset about tonight's trip though.

This is, by far, the worst home depot in town. The employees are rude, when you can find one, and on occasion they don't even acknowledge you when you ask them a question. I spend more time in home depot than any other store. I have a pro account and spend nearly half a million dollars a year, some years much more! I will most certainly avoid this home depot, country club and the US60, from now on. Choose any other store. This one is terrible!!!

So hard to come here with their customer service being so bad, I couldn't find a flat cart and an employee actually told me to go get one from parking area and when I asked if that was an employee's job I was told no, then I ask for lifting assistance and was told no even though the item clearly said 2 person lift. Home depot gets worse and worse, after asking for a manager not 1 out of 8 employees asked knew who the manager was or where.

You guys need to have a better process for lines and checkouts during covid. I just got bounced to the back of a queue at the direction of a staff member 3 times. Don't direct me to another line to have the person at the till tell me they have a different queue. I get were all doing the best we can, but you're doing the worst I've experienced at a retailer though this.

I'm not sure why I bother with home Depot anymore, they never have what I'm looking for, the staff are not knowledgeable on thier product and don't help. This particular location I went in looking for an amp reducer. First associate said he'd call someone then promptly ignored me. The second associate said "it's in the next isle" with a wave of his hand. It's just overall disappointing when I have to go to Walmart or Lowe's after home Depot for things that home Depot is supposed to have.

Hate to give a bad review for one bad employee. The paint department has one very argumentative employee who wouldn't stop making snide comments even when I walked away. I left to stop and will continue to take my business elsewhere. I have used this store more than any other store in the valley but will never step foot in there again. Awful treatment of a customer
