Not my usual thing but really irritated. I'm rarely sick but I recently got a rash. Was prescribed an ointment with directions on use which I followed. Almost worked. Thought it would fade away but didn't. Not only didn't but got worse since I had no more of the medicine. Since I'm not use to the process I called this urgent care to refill. I was told at that time they do not and I needed to return to see the doctor again, which I did. Was prescribed the same treatment but twice as much for twice as much of the time. The amount (which is now doubled) I got lasted only half as long (since the rash increased) but now I know to call the pharmacy directly. I got my refills which ultimately lasted as long as I was now told to apply. While my rash has not completely left and I think at least giving it one more week maybe two and if not I will go to a dermatologist specialist. However even though I already paid for a second appointment when I didn't need to to get the refill I should have been told only needed to be called into the pharmacy and didn't need to come in a second time (yet). Now that I understand and explained the slight but understandable learning curve I was on I was told I need to come in again. Pay my fee, I will be told I can get this basic medicine and next step is to see the specialist if it really doesn't go away (A conversation I already had, paid for an planed to). But nope. Need to come in again, pay them (or maybe denied). Right now, no medicine, not going back, going to wait till Monday to call specialist, get appointment at their convenience and rash will undoubtedly get worse in the mean time.Thanks HUN! You know who I am referring to if not ask around. This just happened.Doctor was nice but there are others.
