Feedback:

Lied twice on the phone. The first time was about 8 months ago when they told me they’d be able to see me if I made it by a certain time, and even though I made it they said they wouldn’t see me because it was within 45 minutes of closing and too busy. I visited again recently and they said they’d see me with my insurance, which is a great plan. After driving 20 miles and arriving, they said they couldn’t guarantee it’d be covered but they could send the bill to the insurance. I can tell how they like to do business, by tricking the unsuspecting. They’re privately owned so they get you in and then try to make it sound safe to go with them if you sign a paper assuming responsibility for the bill. Now, my insurance would 100 percent cover it. However, I don’t feel comfortable doing business with a privately owned institution that is this lazy and purposefully vague and unsure to maximize profits from the unwitting. They’re not legit enough to have a contract with anthem blue cross but will tell you it’s covered with them over the phone to get you in. Immoral. simply going to a more transparent and emotionally caring urgent care office such as in Culver City or on Melrose.
