Urgent Care: Incredibly rude front desk staff. Even worse nurses. Horrible misdiagnoses on more than one occasion by Dr. Khalaf. Repeated billing issues, double charges, insurance verification issues and basic lack of understanding of standard practices. Med Spa: Diluted Botox had no effect, but did leave hard, raised, unsightly, painful bumps on my forehead for nearly 3 months. I called at least 5 times to speak with Dr. Khalaf about my reaction and was told the first 3 times she would call me back within an hour and she never called. The last 3 times I was told she was refusing to speak with me. This place is a total, utter, sham and should be shut down for malpractice. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.EDIT: Response to Dr. Khalaf.I came back to your facility a couple of times for a few reasons. 1. I wanted to stay positive and give the benefit of the doubt that it wasn't a chronic problem. It was.2. I was hoping maybe I'd get to see another physician who was more engaged. I didn't.3. There are not a lot of urgent care options near where I live that had low wait times.Re: misdiagnoses. I came in one of my first few visits with what I later found out to be walking pneumonia, and you said I had leaky gut and was likely gluten intolerant, and that was causing my symptoms. I had a full blood panel done when I kept getting worse after your treatment of a steroid shot and that was not the case. I came in again with a severe sinus infection, and was told it was a virus and there was nothing that could be done except a steroid shot/vitamin shot. Got significantly worse. Eventually went to my doctor and got antibiotics and was cleared up within days.Re: Double charges. Of course you confirmed with billing that I wasn't double charged. Because I already disputed the charges and had them reversed.Re: being available/emailing/calling you. There were at least 5 times that I called and left word with the front desk that it was URGENT that I speak with you. They said you'd call me within an hour or that you were refusing to speak with me and that if I wanted to talk to you I had to come in. If you think your staff wouldn't say those things, you're wrong. At the VERY least, they were not giving you my messages.The reason I left this review is because this final experience was so horrible, and being told that you were refusing to speak with me was the last straw. What else am I supposed to do with that message? You say I "know how to reach" you, but that certainly has not worked in the past. You also know how to reach me. Despite your claims, we never emailed until AFTER this review was posted. Seems like the only thing you care about.
