Apparently they won the best burger in the region, in some contest or another. I thought it was good, but definitely a West Coast burger- more lettuce than beef. The sweet potato fries are good. The fried zucchini strips are fun. I found the turkey burger preferable to the beef. I wasn't amazed. I wasn't full. Welcome to California. The rent is too high, so to make burgers affordable, they are about 6 oz of beef.

If I told you this Burger and Fries Joint was even better than 'In n Out Burger's' [Reputation]; (and that Rep is actually better than their food @ Inn Out Urge.. just my opinion; of course) This is perhaps the Easiest way to explain the answer to your question, comparison to a likened type of Small and Quaint vs. Large and in Change Franchises well known nationaly and/or internationally; such as M'Donald's, Jack in the Box; or Burger King...I'm confident it is safe to say,.Hamburger Habit is really; THE BEST of THE BEST!!!Menu, food Quality, presentation, and Customer Care are extremely reasonably priced in relation to their very tasty Foodies!!🌈🦄🚀🎸❌⭕❌⭕LOVE THIS PLACE!!!Thanks for letting me share ♡♡♡

They have one of the best veggie burgers in town , hands down ! Plus the tempera green beans taste a little bit like love .I havent tried there meat burgers but if your vegetarian this place is where its at

This hands down is the worst hamburger habit I have ever been too. The customer service was horrible. I left the place so unsatisfied and was very offended by the staff. When I received my order the hamburger was incorrect, so I went back up to the window and said my hamburger was not made as I requested. The guy asked for my receipt and then proceeded to tell me that what the girl put down as my order was what I received. Obviously there was a language miscommunication and she didn't understand what I said cause that's not what I told her. He basically told me oh well that's what you ordered and refused to correct it and said it was my fault. I know what I said and know I was very loud and clear, but he said too bad and refused to take anymore of his time to talk or do anything about it. In addition all of the straws were broken at the tops. The back patio straight smelled like someone pissed all over the area and smelled musty like a homeless guy lived in planters. Hopefully the photos will explain my dissatisfaction further.

Honestly, I forgot this location doesn’t have all the comforts of the Goleta location, i.e. the hot peppers and ranch dressing at a bar for patrons to gather at will. Even the location in Jordan’s Landing in South Jordan, UT has that bar. The burger still tasted amazing. I haven’t had one of these burgers in 7 years, so I was very amazed to find it tasted just the same as always. If you ask the man at the pickup window, he’ll give you hot peppers and ranch, because the sheer amount of birds and homeless people in the surrounding mall make it difficult to keep the food sanitary. This is a must-stop location for visitors wanting an all-time Guinness world record burger.

12/20 & 21/2017Great Food, Great Ambience and Great Company. Excellent food and iced tea! I had the Chicken Club (Santa Barbara-style Chicken Sandwhich) on the first day and the Santa Barbara Charburger w/cheese. I had a bird stop by for a quick visit wherby he stole a frenchfry right off my tray. Unfortunately, I didn't have my camera as I usually do the first day. So naturally, I returned for a second day hoping for a repeat performance. The bird did not disappoint. An employee graciously offered to replace my frenchfries but I declined because I'm cutting out the bread and potatoes (too many carbs).
