I found Visiting Angels online when looking for someone to take care of my dad when I or my siblings could not. The owner Joyce Stallings was very kind and interested in our needs when I called. She was even more attentive in person. She introduced us to a caregiver who was a young man named Quintin. He was very caring and easy to receive with a great personality. He and my dad hit it off great and my dad liked him right away. After he cared for my dad I thanked him and he thanked me for allowing him to care for our loved one. I’ve scheduled another day with them and requested Quintin again. I think Visiting Angels are a perfect fit for my family’s needs and recommend them highly if you’re looking for someone who will care for your loved ones as you would.

Visiting Angels has been a life saver for my Mother and I. I have used their services when my Mom was in need of help after being hospitalized. The staff and caregivers are wonderful. They provide a great service (and relief) in the daily care of the client’s needs, i.e. accompanying my Mom to doctor appointments. I have used them on three different occasions and would not hesitate to call them again. They are “angels” in every sense of the word. MW, Detroit

When I contacted Visiting Angels, my mother had been diagnosed with beginning dementia. I realized she had a problem but had no idea what it was until I was toldby her physician. The director at Visiting Angels, Joyce Stallings, paired me with a woman who became me and Mom's angel. She assisted me in helping with all of my mother's daily needs. Sometimes people with dementia will not bathe and that was one of the problems we encountered. The caregiver brought my mother food with her own money, took her out on daily excursions and in general became my right hand incaring for Mom. Eventually, we had to move Mom into my home, and the caregiverwas there with us until my mother recently departed this life. Without the assistance of this caregiver, I would not have been able to give mom the last peaceful, days she deserved.
