This store is a life saver. The Amazing Greens powder is really helping my family and i get through some tough times, and I'm looking forward to seeing positive results from the Restore (liquid) for my postpartum hormones. I was told it will take some time to see results from the Restore because it's hormonal, which makes sense. Both of these products were recommended by a sweetheart employee named Evelyn who took the time to explain it all in such detail with me about these two products. A bonus is we have had wonderful conversations both times I've been to the store. Thank you so much Herbally Grounded and Evelyn. Much love from our family to yours.

I go to Herbally Grounded to buy all the herbs for various uses. The store has a lot of positive energy and always improves my mood. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I always learn new info about healthy ways to use their products to increase energy and alertness. Good place to go and browse and get literature about a variety of things for a more abundant life. Good, inspiring place to go and see what's useful. Time well spent.

I’ve never felt so uninvited in a store. Smiles were present but the people were two-faced, as if I couldn’t read their energy...I could see the harsh judgements towards me in their faces... is anyone who works here even happy? The complete opposite of what I expected. I was watched like I was going to steal something and treated like I was retarded by a girl who acted like a bully towards me... No authenticity... this rating gets a one for the energy alone that pushed me out the door

My first experience here was great. I’ve never ever been in any shop like this so I didn’t know what to expect. Upon entering I was greeted and was already in a good mood so that helped. Josefina asked me right away if I needed help and I had a list I broke out of all the items I’d like to purchase. She was patient and walked me through the whole process of how to bag everything I wanted. And was super cool the whole time which was really nice, cuz now a days it feels like good customer service is hard to find. So Josefina going above and beyond made my experience top notch, and I’ll always return when I have to and definitely recommend this place if anyone ever so happens to ask if I know any good herb shops.

I got Turmeric powder and several organic powdered nutrients to go in my morning smoothies. I didn't want to review until I actually used the products. I am very happy with my progress on this new healthier lifestyle journey. My joint pain has disappeared and I have much more energy than usual in the few months since I've used the new replacements from my normal vitamin regimen. I will be returning and have replaced the vitamins with powdered supplements. I love the service you receive at this store! Everyone is very accommodating and will help you find what you need, even if you don't know what you need. 😂 Blessings ❤

Racist, petty, and passive aggressive. If you're a person of color, believe the other reviews that most employees at this store are racist. My spouse and I, both younger Hispanic females, own an herbal hair care business and stopped in to checkout the store to see about sourcing ingredients locally. My spouse went to use the rest room as I checked out the wall of herbs and about 2-3 female employees came up to me asking "yes, can I help you" and not in a friendly manner. More like, "what are you doing here?". I saw a Caucasian male approach the herbal counter, what I later found out was a self-serve area, and a female employee immediately came up and helped him by weighing out and packaging what he was purchasing. I proceeded to let her know that I was ready and wanted some ingredients and she pointed at a sign and said "it's self-serve". She had literally just helped out a dude, but instead she just stared at me while I packaged my herbs and was very short with me. I did let it go, and came back a second time to buy some caramel chews. As soon as we walked in we went to try some of the green juice they have to sample at the front and in less then 2 seconds a younger, masculine looking female came up to us saying "yes, can I help you find something". Again, it wasn't friendly. I immediately let her know that I came to buy caramel chews and she looked surprised and without saying a word, she walked away. We were in line for quite some time while the employees chatted behind the counter until one finally said, "yes, are you ready?". I put the caramel chews on the counter and she said "just this, okay"..."two caramel chews". I paid and left. As the only herbal hair care specialist in the entire country, who directs local clientele to purchase certain herbs, I have told all of my clients and people inquiring online not to support this business. Not sure if it's because we're Hispanic, gay, or perhaps in their mind, we just don't look like who they believe should be there . Regardless, if you're a person of color, you stay away from here.

Absolutely love this store!! Great selection on dried natural herbs and products. They even have books to help you out with herbs. We also get a cream here for Eczema...it is wonderful!! There are drops for different ailments. A great one is the one that works for my arthritis in my back. I could go on and on about how wonderful this store is!!!

I just left this place and it’s so awesome!! I’mVery happy that I found it. The employees are so happy and joyful nothing but good vibes entering as well as leaving. I was there Friday 3/15/2019 in the morning stocking up on oils and MSM granules. Let's just say their is a difference between staff assistance on a product and being watched like a hawk as if I'm going to lift merchandise and I was told three times how expensive the products cost as if I couldn't afford to purchase the product much less be there in the first place. Sad part is, a co worker HIGHLY recommended this place because I order online regularly from Young Living Essential oils based out of Utah.At least my beautiful brown skin doesn't matter to Young Living Essential oils.........

Herbally Grounded is one of Las Vegas best kept secrets, I get Macca Root, Bitter Lemon, Tumeric, Papaya on a regular basis. They are consistently supplied and are reasonably priced. I make my own capsules so I get the 00 veggie capsules from them also. Pharmaceuticals are mostly plant and flower based so try going directly to the source, its safer.
