I go in often and spend lot's, I like the people. I was told by them "No, we don't taste it before it goes on the shelf, we shelf it according to the price we pay the grower". I got two top shelves back to back that tasted like yard debris smoke and one less than a month before called "Grimdica" I remember because it was disgusting.I stopped going. I have about 100 a week to spend on weed and when I say whats the best you got I don't mean what do you need to sell. This is after a ton of business so I'm pretty bummed I have to change spots.

I'm going to start by saying I can't stand when people lash out at a business instead of trying to work it out with the business. Come on man, we smoke weed dude, be mellow! Next, I would like to express that every single time I have entered that establishment I have been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. The owner runs a tight ship and his staff of extremely friendly, and knowledgeable bud tenders allow for an experience you will not find anywhere in Salem. So, for those of you who may have had an experience that was unexpected, please return to Herbal Remedies and get the experience you deserve today!

The staff are incredibly polite and do their best to discuss items when asked. I've been several times now, because I've been trying every shop in town. I'd have to say I don't try the flower, so my review is strictly on concentrates. The actual oil itself is good quality, however I don't like how I feel like they treat recreational customers like second class patrons, gouging you on price and not allowing you to buy extracts purely on the basis that you aren't medical. My knowledge on this isn't terribly in depth, but from what the cashier told me the reason is simply because the store owner wants it that way.Overall, they have good enough product, but I can't justify paying 20$ over what other dispensaries in the area charge per gram on oil, and being treated differently because I'm recreational, I loved the staff but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I was treated nice and everyone was polite but when I got home (one of the two) $40 disposable vape pens they sold me had been opened , completely used, and put back in; so essentially they stole from me. They gave me a Military discount so they stole 10% less than if I hadn't been to war but I still wanted what I went all the way there to buy. They are adamant that there is no "on site consumption" but I suggest you test your pens for just a second before leaving or you can fall victim too.

Top shelf special: I have bought both amazing and crappy weed from their specials. Do not be fooled by the name of this special, it is NOT their Top shelf weed for a great deal. It is inferior weed that they pass off as top shelf IN COMPARISON to their daily special. NOT in comparison to their most expensive weed. This is where they sell their low grade, outdoor, poorly trimmed, green weed. They are not honest or straight forward about this fact, they try to scam you into thinking that it is "great weed for a great price". BEWARE OF SCAMS LIKE THIS.

Budtender was too stoned for "customer service" distracted and didn't care. Didn't even have the product on the right shelves. Bought what I thought was 15/gram only to pay 20/gram. The guy gets it all weighed up and stickered, before I do the math and notice the high total. "Oh, must've been on the wrong shelf bro, want something else?" No, just what I ordered for how much you said it was..

Very poor customer service, they sold me a 70$ malfunctioning product, and would not refund or exchange it for me. Don't go here because u will become a victim, they will steal your money. The owner sets very low customer service standards, and his employees will follow his examples. Your product did malfunction, another person was with me at the time your product malfunctioned and could tell you the same story i told u at your shop. I took a draw , when i stopped pen light stayed on. When i handed it to my coworker to take a draw the same problem happened. He handed it back to me than the top chamber simply just came off. You can see by the plastic on the bottom of the chamber, it is clean smooth melted chamber. If i did break it it wouldn't be so smooth of a break. There would be rough snaps on the plastic. You could of done alot of different things to help me as a customer, but you failed. You are setting new standards to a new industry. Instead u told me to go home and empty the left over contents in to an empty cartridge, your cheap fix it way ,smh. So i took your sorry product, GOLDENXTRAX to another Dispensary and told them my story,, and they happily exchanged it for flower. I shared this with over 700 face book friends, and they are spreading the word to not go to your Dispensary!

Have been going here for a while now.. they've def stepped their game up by100 lol..love this place. friendly service friendly ppl and top shelf items.o k so here's the reason on 1 star.. went in this morning cause my cartridge has been messing up..they even replace em within 72 hrs n receipt..now they personally kno me ..kinda talk to them often vice versa they kno me by name rite..so the staff is so high out of their mind they don't normally give u a receipt..which isn't the customers responsibility to ASK for one.. so the owner Jared or Brandon i always get em mixed up.yesterday didn't give me a receipt do today when trying to get my cartridge replaced this actually happens so much they do it no problem..this one time I did not have my receipt because the employes r to stoned or careless to give me one..refused my item..when clearly he was just bring a douchebag..this guy has always been a prick..dunno his name but he's taller kinda skinny short dirty blonde hair..because of this "doucherino" and his uncaring service I will no longer be using or coming to herbal remedies!!! Just that reason .GET REAL EMPLOYEES!! Now this same doucher has retuned 1 cartridge for me cause same issue..with out a receipt!!! So you heard it from me do urself a favor keep ur money n go to TLC MEDICAL out on commercial!!!!!....jon

Been there before with no issues but today I stopped in and when I got home and opened the container there was a nice fat stem looking at me. Nothing attached to it.. Just a stem right on top of the rest of the product. Nice knowing all sales are final when you're selling me something I can't use or consume and what's even better is that the phone number for you guys is not in service so I can't even call to inform you that a customer just paid for a stem.I'm now a Very disappointed consumer!
