Feedback:

Very poor customer service, they sold me a 70$ malfunctioning product, and would not refund or exchange it for me. Don't go here because u will become a victim, they will steal your money. The owner sets very low customer service standards, and his employees will follow his examples. Your product did malfunction, another person was with me at the time your product malfunctioned and could tell you the same story i told u at your shop. I took a draw , when i stopped pen light stayed on. When i handed it to my coworker to take a draw the same problem happened. He handed it back to me than the top chamber simply just came off. You can see by the plastic on the bottom of the chamber, it is clean smooth melted chamber. If i did break it it wouldn't be so smooth of a break. There would be rough snaps on the plastic. You could of done alot of different things to help me as a customer, but you failed. You are setting new standards to a new industry. Instead u told me to go home and empty the left over contents in to an empty cartridge, your cheap fix it way ,smh. So i took your sorry product, GOLDENXTRAX to another Dispensary and told them my story,, and they happily exchanged it for flower. I shared this with over 700 face book friends, and they are spreading the word to not go to your Dispensary!
