I wish I would have gotten the guy's name. The skinnier man that brongs the orders out is very good and I feel discriminated against. I love love the products here. Everytime I come i spend at LEAST 300 a trip from Ohio. The last 2 times my caregiver has picked up for me and today I came with. We were constantly overlooked, recieved a nonchalant attitude when asking about the order. I understand you were busy since open but instead reassuring me my order was being worked on I felt like I was bothering him by asking. I again love this dispensary but I will NOT come and spend hundreds of dollars to be discriminated against or treated rudely. When addressing other cars he was pleasant and smiling. when he addressed mine very different vibe.

These people take care of you. Especially when you're a medical pt and have chronic pain conditions/illnesses. They always help me out with pricing knowing I live off of disability. They always know what products they have, and not only do they always know their inventory but 99% of the time can tell you exactly how the product works. They have fairly priced 8ths that arent shakey and mini buds. They're luscious, potent buds. Always weighs right on or a little over. They care about their patients, it's not just a job. Concentrates, flower, edibles, anything from here you wont be disappointed.

Everywhere from their own website to Weedmaps to google says they give an additional discount to new members. I drove an hour to get here just to wait for over 20 mins for someone to come out with my order. I had placed my online order 2 hours prior. I spent $400 and was given no discount of any sort. I wish I would have brought a scale because the package they gave me did not look like an oz. I’ll have to go home and see but I will not be coming back. I’d rather stick to my tried and true Detroit dispensary’s like Sticky and Green Pharm. I never have issues with online ordering. They are always busy and i am in and out AND they have a points program so I get my ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT EVERYTIME I PURCHASE. Which that comes out to ALOT of money saved for someone like me that spends a lot. I am so disappointed with this entire experience.

Ive been going to Herbal solutions since ive had my card back in 2013. I had called Herbal Solutions to place a curbside order, (because of covid-19) and no one answered. So i traveled to them and the person doing curbside kindly understood and took my order. Approx 10mim later he comes back out to tell me im not in their system... let me have you understand that I had just got meds in January prior to the covid-19 situation, and on top of that, again ive been going here since 2013. There are supposedly 2 Jason Fosters in the system and neither is me. He lists off the card numbers to see if my card matches, it doesnt so i hand him my medical card, along with the 5 other patients i have. He asked, "why do you have so many cards", not knowing what a caregiver even is. Truly disappointed in how they had handled the situation, but also thankful for it since I decided to travel to Exclusive in ann Arbor to get better meds. In short, hire people with knowledge in the field that can handle the situation appropiately.

Pics speak for themselves. Definitely the best dispensary in the city. I hope this product (F-Cut OG) stays on the shelves cause I only like to buy if it is drenched in crystals. There are only a few dispensaries that meet my **very high** expectations and Herbal Solutions is one of them. 0 are located in Detroit (been to many and have never been to a Detroit store with top shelf product; it is always mediocre), and 3 are good in Ann Arbor (but 1 closed down). So I only visit Herbal Solutions in Ypsi and the 2 (which I will not name) that are in Ann Arbor.

person complaining about punch card, really most places dont give you rewards for coming all the time this place is great, they tell you what's good at the time and doesnt try to pawn off their older or not as good stuff to sell it off. always been treated well being older has always been good experience. motorbreath, F cut og, white cookies, purple og, ogpk, capulaters cut mac 1 all fire and not one time has it been junk over 21/2 years straight now coming all the way from royal oak with tons of 8 mile dispensary s real close dont even bother.Thanks for being the best.

Quality is hit or miss based on product. Good service. Lost 2 stars for me because even though I spend over 140 every time I go in, I get my card punched only once for purchasing 60 worth product. Spoke to owner, who was unwilling to change the procedure. Just does not make sense, every other dispensary that I’ve been to is more consistent with their rewards program, there is no feeling cheated if you’re buying in bulk.

I love this place. Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable, and they have the best products for the most reasonable prices in the area. I was sad when the state closed a lot of the dispensaries in the area, and relieved when they opened back up. I really hope they were able to get approved by the state and I hope they don’t have to close again, that would be a real shame.

I have been a patient of theirs going on 5 years now. The staff has always been great! They work with you on what you are looking for and are well educated in product and in strain. In a rush? Or just got off work? The order online option has always been the best option for me. I am glad to say i have been their patient since moving here to MI.
