Ive been going to Herbal solutions since ive had my card back in 2013. I had called Herbal Solutions to place a curbside order, (because of covid-19) and no one answered. So i traveled to them and the person doing curbside kindly understood and took my order. Approx 10mim later he comes back out to tell me im not in their system... let me have you understand that I had just got meds in January prior to the covid-19 situation, and on top of that, again ive been going here since 2013. There are supposedly 2 Jason Fosters in the system and neither is me. He lists off the card numbers to see if my card matches, it doesnt so i hand him my medical card, along with the 5 other patients i have. He asked, "why do you have so many cards", not knowing what a caregiver even is. Truly disappointed in how they had handled the situation, but also thankful for it since I decided to travel to Exclusive in ann Arbor to get better meds. In short, hire people with knowledge in the field that can handle the situation appropiately.
