My Fiance and I recently viewed this location for our wedding and we fell in love!Unfortunately, we will not be holding our wedding here! They do not get back with you and the person we dealt with Maggie would say one thing then say another thing. First, she offered us a Friday or Sunday event. Then she went back on her word and said she offered us Friday or Saturday. It worked better for us but we did not want to deal with someone who didn't show promise in what they were offering. There is also the fact that when we told her our budget she couldn't get us out of there quick enough. We were willing to pay more then what we budgeted ourselves for (we're not stupid... of course, we know weddings are expensive...)I contacted her through email several times and I didn't hear anything back... I emailed her asking for a typed up contract because her exact words were, "the sooner you contact me the better I'll remember you." I was willing to overlook that she wasn't good at getting back to people but then I remembered the day we went to view the location she asked me to text her, so I HAD TO GO OUT OF MY WAY and text her Cell phone personally (which made me feel very uncomfortable.) I just feel that is very unprofessional, considering she had a place of business to receive and send phone calls. Not once did Maggie reach out to me and when she finally did 2 days after I texted her she emailed me saying, "your emails got lost, Call me or email me." Was I not doing that in the first place?!! So unless you are looking for someone to give you the runaround and not check on your decision making or a simple callback, then this is the perfect place. I really do consider going anywhere, other than here.
