Had a rough start with these guys with my unvested, noncertified service dog, but when the dust cleared, it's been nothing short of an awesome experience. I see these guys and gals every week for my meds and would highly recommend them.*10/19--Add in that I've recently tried to browse elsewhere, but apparently called Snob Hill for a reason. When your young employees find side bar conversation, with whispers and giggles, more important than my question of "how much Myrcene is in the product?" then they're probably NOT my store.Braxton and Morgan are spot on for "my kind" of in depth medical knowledge--terpenes, etc. because they know it. Patients helping patients, with and without medical cards. Brenna, Brad, Wesley, and the rest of the team are always listening and suggesting based on what is told to them, not from them, necessarily.Which brings me to price and variety. In case you didn't notice, NorthEastern Oregon is pretty thinned in rec stores. Some have to drive 60+ miles because that's the closest. When you drive that far, you need good deals and good variety selection. When you depend on certain strains and brands, and your store doesn't stock them regularly, then maybe they're not "your" store.So far, I haven't had that problem with these guys. And they're affordable. You can't even go across the border (because that would be illegal) and pick up gms for under $25. They also have daily deals and a check in system where you get points just for showing up and seeing them. They also aren't bothered when you call them to ask if they have certain product in stock. My only sad panda face is they don't have Leafly pickup setup or an updated online menu, YET. I have severe social anxiety and some days would like to just skip the fuss, pay and pickup a bag behind the counter.
