If I could give this specific location a 10-star review, I definitely would! Every single person who helped me while planning an arrangement for my mom’s birthday was extremely polite & helpful! I ordered a teleflora Groupon, and had placed an order for a bouquet & chose this location to fulfill the order. There was a miscommunication with teleflora, and the girls at buds & blooms were extremely quick to make sure everything was correct, and that I was ultimately happy! Which means the world to me, considering it’s for a extremely special occasion.Each employee went above and beyond, multiple times for me, and made sure to keep me updated and in the loop throughout the ENTIRE process. I couldn’t be happier with how confident I felt after hanging up the phone. The bouquet arrived on time, looked exactly like the photo, and the experience was pleasant with superb customer service! Would 10/10 recommend to any one for their floral needs. Thanks again to the amazing staff!!
