Any other day I would totally give this place 5 stars. Their efficiency is unmatched, the bud-tenders are knowledgeable and kind, and the prices slaaaay. However, they have recently enacted a policy allowing employees to opt out of wearing masks if they sign a waiver but customers still have to wear one. I'm saddened to learn they do not care about the health and safety of customers and display that with a lack of facial coverings. I will no longer be entering this business for any reason until they take this seriously. After speaking with a manager, she completely dismissed my thoughts and general recommendations from the CDC during a global pandemic because she had not personally seen anyone with COVID-19. I find this so arrogant and irresponsible. I hope the staff stays safe and doesn't infect any of their patrons.

No masks? Went in yesterday and the door guy wasn't wearing a mask- in a situation that's impossible to respect the 6ft rule. That is disrespecting your customers, plain and simple; you want our money and don't care about our health...or the employees who don't know any better- you are like an neglectful parent. Anyway, I think only 1 or 2 employees out of many were wearing masks and that reflects poorly on the management, as it will certainly effect the bottom line. I will no longer be shopping at any of your stores after spending at least $100/week for the past year. Very disappointed to see adults acting so carelessly towards their neighbor. Shame on this establishment until they change their ways and offer an apology for both behaving poorly and for setting a poor example to the public.

I bought an ounce from Zips today, came home to grind some up and ALL the nugs are packed full of seeds. I paid $250 for this ounce. Grown By Lester Farms. They WILL NOT give me a refund and only offered me a 30% discount WHICH IS FINE, HOWEVER, the manager was NASTY towards me when I was being as nice as I could even though I was clearly frustrated. I’m giving 3 stars because I usually never have an issue with zips but based on the “customer service” I experienced today by the manager of this store, I won’t be returning. I spend good money on the products I buy and have been a faithful customer but I won’t be treated like that.

I suffer from pain that ranges from semi-tolerable to excruciatingly debilitating agony.The staff has always been curtious, very knowledgeable and patient with me as we navigate through combinations of products that are optimal in reducing my pain therefore provides long sought after comfort. Would you please email me [email protected] your discount % days. Suggestion: the Body Bliss topical is a fantastic product. It would be great if someone created a larger jar of it.Also, the Body Bliss smells sooo good, the scent should be a perfum.

These people are awesome they're always super friendly helpful knowledgeable they get you in and out really quick they listen to their customers and Taylor options oh and they have great prices oh my gosh you can get a pre-roll anywhere from $3 to I don't know probably $30 but yeah they have $3 ones $5 ones $8 ones $10 ones That's what I always buy but they have ounces they have paraphernalia if you need something to smoke it in they even have those new hemp rolling papers but yeah conveniently located great people it's good prices great prices

Recently had surgery on my leg after breaking part of my knee cap and came in for a cartridge and the place was pretty packed but they saw that I obviously was slow moving and had limited motion being having to keep my leg straight and having a large brace on. Not only did they hold the door open for me but they didnt have me walk through the line and stand there they pulled me off to the side and gave me a chair to rest in then called an employee over to help which I cannot express how much this meant to me. The past couple weeks of my life have been challenging and painful thank you to the nice gentlemen up front and also the men who were working and helped me.

I have counted on ZIPS since the beginning and am once agin proudly happy to continue to both shop and recommend this wonderful dispensary special thank you to the owner and his team for showing me we matter. The best of the best ZIPS at any location but for me here in Tacoma 72 will always be my home away from home. Thank you again to the owner for showing me how much we mean to your business.

I recently stopped in here for my second trip. Both times I've been very impressed with product knowledge. First trip, I just needed a couple decent pre-rolls and the blonde girl that helped me was awesome for referring an infused pre. Second trip,I have psoriasis and use a specific product for topical use and was very impressed with the girl that actually new exactly what I was looking for. I will be coming here from now on for all my needs. Thank you very much for great customer service.

Normally I have a pretty good experience with yall. Especially when ordering online I come pick it up and am on my way. Today though I made a purchase for a 1g infused pre-roll and got a .80g pre-roll. Now normally I would under stand if it wasnt for the clear labeling on the actual pre-roll vs. The labeling on the receipt. I did not notice until I was on my way home because I genuinely trust yall. 9/10 times I come in and am satisfied with my order.

I finally got a chance to use one of my stacked 30 percent off Del's from 10 check ins. Funny because that is how often this place either has a sale or will honestly beat their competitor. I got the Jesus OG this time. $70 out the door for weed testing at 31 percent cannabinoids. Not bad. Not bad at all. ;) I continue to stay impressed. I love Private Reserve growers and Legends. As well as Soul Train. Dragon High's DJ Short Blueberry was probably the best I ever had. Thanks for keeping prices low and people high. 💨
