I bought an ounce from Zips today, came home to grind some up and ALL the nugs are packed full of seeds. I paid $250 for this ounce. Grown By Lester Farms. They WILL NOT give me a refund and only offered me a 30% discount WHICH IS FINE, HOWEVER, the manager was NASTY towards me when I was being as nice as I could even though I was clearly frustrated. I’m giving 3 stars because I usually never have an issue with zips but based on the “customer service” I experienced today by the manager of this store, I won’t be returning. I spend good money on the products I buy and have been a faithful customer but I won’t be treated like that.
