Overall Feedback:
The food was mostly good, the service was friendly if somewhat aggressive, but the pacing of the meal was off the wall! Despite it being a half full restaurant on a Thursday night, waiters were clearing our dishes the moment we finished, or in one or two cases, before we’d even put our cutlery down. Dinner and dessert were done in about 40 minutes, which is fine for a certain clientele but it’s not clear at all before you sit down that you’re not going to get a second to relax and chat. Additional comments: The music was too loud to allow any ease of conversation between members of the table, but the steak was delicious.Overall a very odd experience from Thomas Keller, not a downright unpleasant one but certainly a big disappointment at the price point it’s at.
