I normally never do reviews, but in this case I feel like it was a must! Edward was my delivery driver and he was the nicest most humble employee I have ever seen! He was so nice and respectful and the order was perfect. Then he came back after giving the order to tell me he found a $20 bill in front of the house and wanted to make sure I didn’t lose any money. Most people wouldn’t care at all if someone lost money and would keep it. When I told him I couldn’t believe how honest he was he said he wouldn’t ever want to live with being a thief. SO SWEET. PROMOTE THIS MAN! GIVE HIM A RAISE! HE DESERVES IT!!!!! Honesty like that is RARE these days!

So I got there and my pizza was ready...so since I opt to pay there came to find out card reader was down..so with no cash on me ..kid at the register said well we can just cancel the order re-order the same thing and pay online..was a great idea until at the website it said ordering was temporary down ..well figure out to keep a customer hungry happy and came out with free pizza - tnx Chase i think that was his name or tall kid with glasses- 5 stars here

I had a terrible experience at this dominos on Redlands Blvd & mountain view Ave...it was like an animal house with all the staff yelling and screaming in the store - extremely unprofessional and a total customer repellent. I do not recommend this spot.3/3/2020:. thin crust // garlic parmesan sauce // Philly steak // bacon // mushroom // dmm

Mixed experiance....The pizza and wings were delicious. Arguably the best tasting Domino's pep pizza I have had from Domino's. Our driver was wonderful I wish i could take it back and tip her a lot more for her patience and understanding. That said... had to deal with a horrible policy. I was staying at the Double Tree and had a friend in LA order delivery. The store required to see the card and ID. My friend was not answering. Eventually I had to find an ATM to get cash.

I travel throughout the 48 states regularly. So trust me when I tell you I eat all types of food in various cultures. Domino's is my go to when I can't find fast filling finger food on the go. This Domino's location greeted me by phone : friendly/knowledgeable/exact. Icing on the cake the delivery driver was courteous and my order, fresh..oven hot! Less than thirty minutes. This is my second time ordering from this location. When I'm in this area this Domino's is a sure winner for me. (Not a paid/sponsored comment)

I purchased a large 14" pepperoni pizza and it ended up being only 12.5". I didn't notice it until I got home, so I sent an email to Domino's customer service. They replied back saying I had to work it out with the store manager since each store is a separate franchise. I called the store and spoke to the manager, but she said I had to go back to the store in person to get a refund. I asked her why she couldn't just cancel the charge since I used a credit card, but she insisted the only way was for me to go back to the store. It didn't seem worth it to drive 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back just to get a $8 refund. I think she knew this, and I never did get my money back.

This is my second time ordering from this place. The first time I ordered, they got my order wrong and I called. This was a few months ago. The manager asked if I still had the food which I understood, some people ruin it for others. I exchanged the pizza and pasta for new ones and they made the right. I don't like the pizza sauce so much so I always ask for light sauce. The pasta was burn when I placed my order and received it. The fixed the issue hence placed another order today. Low and behold guess who is unhappy with their order? ME. I refuse to call and complain again. It's the same issue, too much pizza sauce and dry pasta. It's embarrassing returning a pizza at the front desk and getting a new one. I ordered the same thing I ordered last time. A medium 2 topping. I asked for easy sauce and look at the pictures! I'm so upset that my lunch was ruined and my food just went to waste. Look at the pasta. It's so dry and burnt. I'm seriously upset. 30.00 in the trash.

After picking up the pizza, I noticed the 4 out of nine slices of the bbq pizza were burnt (see pics). The other one was a lot short of toppings. I get it if some guys are having off nights or too exhausted that night but we’ve been loyal customer here for years, so now we’re switching to Little Caesars or Pizza Hut thank you for the help to make up our decision.

Horibble store won't deliver for a 3 Mile drive.What good does it do to say if you offer delivery if you won't drive for a 3 mile stupid delivery.You should probably either rethink your businessOr get rid of what I can assume is lazy employees.

Check it out. If you've only been doing delivery, then you're kinda missing out. The renovated storefront is actually pretty cool. It's not just new, it looks modern and cool. At least once or twice a year, I do take out instead of delivery, just to see what they've updated.And the pizza. Yeah, I guess that's important too. Ever since they revamped their menu (like 6 years ago after the new CEO came it), their pizzas are so much better. The thin crust is like pizza crackers. Delicious. And their new pan pizza (this is maybe only 2 years old?) is so good too!
