Been coming to this shop for years now and I always get treated the same exact way with the same exact energy from every bud tender. This last visit it happened to be, Byron. I always look forward to interactions with him because he is so upbeat, positive, and insightful on every product. Always making sure to add on my local discount and leave me with a joke or two, my man is part of a very well trained staff. Everyone’s customer service there is thru the mf ROOF! I appreciate this specific shop because they are of the upmost quality in both product and personality.

I love this cannabis dispensary! Big s/o to all the Libra staff, including Vivian which whom gave me awesome feedback on the products I was interested in. Love the papa and Barkley THC rich oil for under the tongue 👅! It boosts my mood and gets my appetite going. I can’t wait to try all the other cool and interesting medicines cannabis offers. Libra is packed with products to help relieve many symptoms during these stressing times. Great customer service by Vivian. Everyone was helpful and nice to my wife and myself. This is a great place to get thoughtful gifts for friends or family. Good deals, a rewards program, cool people, and all the meds you need. I recommend this place all the way and we will be coming back.

The level of customer service here is unrivaled. When my father was dying of cancer, they helped me choose the best products to ease his pain and help relieve the anxiety that his cancer had instilled. They are friendly and patient, and super knowledgeable. The products and the flower are just outstanding. Could not recommend and higher. I wish I could give them one hundred stars. Terrible shop terrible service don't waste your money.I asked to take a look at the bud the guy behind the counter acted like I was going to steal it or something. Next door is a store called Remedy the guy was great treated me with respect. This store has veteran owned posted everywhere but with the amount of disrespect it must not be veteran operated.

I have been exclusively coming to this location since about 2014 , they stay on top of the most rare and exotic strains that You could find in Southern California, they have the most extensive variety of fine flower , edibles and Tinctures. The staff I find to be the most knowledgeable, kind and warm hearted willing to take there time to make sure you make the best choices , thank you Byron!! You always know exactly what I am looking for when I come in . I encourage anyone that reads this Do not do yourself a disservice by passing this gem of the desert up!!!!

With so many places to chose from - what made this stand out? It was clean, well lighted, easy to park, staff was friendly, helpful, had what I needed and well priced. I was looking for a high CBD lotion that helps with arthritis in my hands. Since I am using it on my hands I wanted to be sure it was not oily or greasy but would absorb into my hands like any other hand lotion. Libra had just what I was looking for and it works better than any other CBD lotion I have tried before. The lotion I bought was made by a woman owned company and it is my understanding that Libra is owned by a veteran. Go during "happy hour" (check the hours) for a discount! I will be back and have told my fiends about them!

The best dispensary around! They have everything you could ever need in stock. Most importantly, the staff is AMAZING! Vivian, Byron, and Jay to just name a few! They are very knowledgeable about all their products and will help you find what is best for your needs (chronic medical and recreational Use. You should stop by and check it out, you will not be disappointed!

I come here for my anxiety medication. So, if I'm walking in it's because I'm out, which means I'm anxious. Anxious about people, anxious about myself, anxious about random things that probably wouldn't make any sense to the rest. Having said that, from the first time walking in here, I was completely centered and relaxed. Whew, what a relief! Everyone is down to earth, chill and all they want to do is make you, me, everyone happy! What a great environment it must be to work. Happy employees make happy customers. On another note, I prefer the flower. If I may provide some constructive criticism, most of the flower you offer is 1/8 and up. Not much variety for a G. I would suggest adding to your menu for all the people who are barely making ends meet. Especially now that California has become the worst state to live in for the population with an income under $50K. Just saying. Anyway, thanks guys for making me feel at ease. See you soon.
