With so many places to chose from - what made this stand out? It was clean, well lighted, easy to park, staff was friendly, helpful, had what I needed and well priced. I was looking for a high CBD lotion that helps with arthritis in my hands. Since I am using it on my hands I wanted to be sure it was not oily or greasy but would absorb into my hands like any other hand lotion. Libra had just what I was looking for and it works better than any other CBD lotion I have tried before. The lotion I bought was made by a woman owned company and it is my understanding that Libra is owned by a veteran. Go during "happy hour" (check the hours) for a discount! I will be back and have told my fiends about them!
