I decided to try them out, everything went great the 1st visit.. I referred 2 of my friends as well.. All other visits have been a horrible experience, I came for bikini wax, and full face I get home to look at how it looks and not a difference. Called to complain and instead of a refund or some sort of compensation, all the front desk girls tell me is I am sorry your experience was not the best.. mind you I paid for a full year service for my underarms.. last visit I go in for my underarms wax, lady rudely rushed me out without letting see how the waxing came out. Not only that the front girls harass me over the tip because I felt I didn't have to leave a tip since I was so rudely rushed out of room, and the past couple of times I have been there I paid for a service and it was incomplete.. I go home to check underarms and of course they are not waxed correctly, again I called front desk to complain all they say I am sorry.. but what you fail to understand a simple sorry does not fix these errors, the pain I have to endure AGAIN, and worse now since it's scattered hair, and the time you are taking away from me, I do work and I believe it is very unnecessary to have me come in twice in 1 week for the same service. I will be reporting this to the BBB AND I WILL BE SPEAKING WITH MANAGER AND IF NEEDED I WILL ALSO SPEAK WITH OWNER.. I would definitely like to get out of contract and take my money elsewhere

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I’ve been an EWC visitor for quite awhile. I love being able to use the passes at most locations I travel to. Today was the worst I’ve ever been treated. I showed up to my appointment less than the 10min grace period but the receptionist CLARISSA was on the phone and told me to wait. I waited patiently until she was done with the phone call. She finally checked me in and told me to take a seat because the aesthetician was running behind. It wasn’t until after some time had passed that she then tells me I can’t be seen because she checked me in 10min after my appointment. I then tried reminding her that I understand the grace period is 10min and I arrived before then, but she was on the phone and the aesthetician is running anyways so it shouldn’t matter. CLARISSA then got very flustered and rude telling me to “step aside” and “there’s nothing that can be done.” I then asked to speak to the manager but she said there wasn’t a manager on duty and she couldn’t get ahold of them. After asking multiple times for the manager’s number (which she said there wasn’t one), she miraculously remembered there was one “in the back office” and refused to give in to me. CLARISSA said the best she could do was submit a digital form and someone would reach out. When I asked to see the form she refused again, so who knows if anything was ever sent in. She tried blocking me from speaking to anyone but her. Hoping the manager, Joanna, will read this review and do something to fix it. The franchise owners should also be away that a rude and unqualified receptionist is representing their business.

I always come here and try different girls the last two were hesitant to thin my eyebrows like I asked the other girl did it so I came back and this time the new girl didn’t know how to shape and thin them she just kept asking me if it was fine and I kept telling her to take some off and she had them looking the same I was so sad as my eyebrows didn’t look the same and looked horrible . I had to go to a threading place to get them fixed .

Love Riverside European Wax Center. The staff at the front desk is friendly and welcoming, they always greet me with a smile. Salma is amazing! She is punctual, fast, and does an awesome job. Additionally, she is funny and has a great personality, really makes the appointment fly by. Joanna, the manager, is caring and really ensures that her customers are pleased with their services. I absolutely recommend this place.

Vanessa or Corene are amazing. I faithfully get Brazilian and underarm waxes. The wax pass helps save too and to make your waxing experience that much easier invest in the product. I get the wash and the scrub. The pink or blue kind smells the best. I have so much of the old formula of the ingrown hair serum I'm waiting to run out before I buy the new one.

First of all I would like to say that if your interested in a Wax to go try it out yourself. This was my experience and this is why I'm giving this place a 3. A friend of mine who is an Aesthetician recommended me European Wax center. I made an appointment and when I get there the specialist didn't give me privacy to take off my clothing. Also she didn't provide me with a robe and didn't mention the complimentary wipes were in the restroom. For being my first time I would think that they would be a little more attentive. The lady was rushing with my service and left the room and only covered me with napkins. Now you have to think that I was half naked. After my serviced I paid and left gratuity. Once I told my friend about the experience she was shocked that they did such a horrible job and even apologized for recommending this place. She said other European wax center locations have better service then the one in Riverside plaza. Keep in mind this office is headquarters, the main office. I called and complained and the manager wasn't helpful with my complaint. They didn't seem concerned about the complaint. I felt like they were just blowing me off. The only thing she did was gave me extra points. I mean that didn't really help my complaint. So like I'm saying go yourself to check it. Next stop will be Pretty Kitty.
