Employees need to check themselves. I had the worst customer service experience this morning. An employee who refused to give her name, loudly butted in to a conversation that had nothing to do with her. I had questions about the pricing of my order and felt blown off by the “ manager” abc when asked for her boss or store manager was told they can’t give out that info. I said I find it hard to Helen there’s no one I can reach out to. When the employee butted in, telling me I had an attitude, loudly so I met her tone and volume, I will not be bullied. I went out front to ask the guard for contact info. The employee who butted in FOLlOWED me on front. When I asked if there was an email, was told by her “ go online and look it up”. She should not be interacting with the public
