Employees need to check themselves. I had the worst customer service experience this morning. An employee who refused to give her name, loudly butted in to a conversation that had nothing to do with her. I had questions about the pricing of my order and felt blown off by the “ manager” abc when asked for her boss or store manager was told they can’t give out that info. I said I find it hard to Helen there’s no one I can reach out to. When the employee butted in, telling me I had an attitude, loudly so I met her tone and volume, I will not be bullied. I went out front to ask the guard for contact info. The employee who butted in FOLlOWED me on front. When I asked if there was an email, was told by her “ go online and look it up”. She should not be interacting with the public

Went here after checking the website, drove 35mins. I wanted to order for pick up but the website was not working. I went in and they did not have what I wanted that the website showed in stock. They would not honor the price they had listed online and tried to blame Iheartjane for the issues on the site when its clearly not being updated or maintained. Overall a bland experience. Unprofessional to say the least.. almost like if a dealer went and got his license to legally distribute and opened a store in an old warehouse. Overpriced and just not a good experience in any way shape or form. I won't be back and dont suggest you waste your time.

As a new mm patient 3 years ago I visited each dispensary near me and none came close to the attention and understanding that I got at Good Health (nor did they have the variety of products). I
