Ok, this might be a long review, but please read if you need more of a specialized massage. I am a physical therapist, had foot surgery in November but never babied it like I should have, so when I came to Breck, I still had swelling and pain in my foot, plus mild altitude sickness (headache x 4 days), face puffiness, and generally felt crummy. I asked Kimberly for more of a lymphatic flow/vascular type massage for 60 min (should have done 90!) and followed up with 30 min in IR sauna. What a difference! By evening I had ZERO swelling in my foot (I could see the veins in my foot and could walk barefoot on slate floor for the first time since November), no puffiness in my face or hands (I could take my ring off for the first time in 4 days), no more headache, slept great that night, felt wonderful for the rest of the trip which all made a huge difference in my skiing. It’s really hard to find a massage therapist with the specialized skills that I needed. Thank you Kimberly! You are WONDERFUL!!
