I had such a great experience today! I did a deep tissue, shiatsu massage and cupping for my knee injury. My therapist was knowledgeable, kind and warm. She did an amazing job and I'll be back next time I'm in Breckenridge. 10/10!

Ok, this might be a long review, but please read if you need more of a specialized massage. I am a physical therapist, had foot surgery in November but never babied it like I should have, so when I came to Breck, I still had swelling and pain in my foot, plus mild altitude sickness (headache x 4 days), face puffiness, and generally felt crummy. I asked Kimberly for more of a lymphatic flow/vascular type massage for 60 min (should have done 90!) and followed up with 30 min in IR sauna. What a difference! By evening I had ZERO swelling in my foot (I could see the veins in my foot and could walk barefoot on slate floor for the first time since November), no puffiness in my face or hands (I could take my ring off for the first time in 4 days), no more headache, slept great that night, felt wonderful for the rest of the trip which all made a huge difference in my skiing. It’s really hard to find a massage therapist with the specialized skills that I needed. Thank you Kimberly! You are WONDERFUL!!

I was not going take the time to post a review, but since i replied to the text asking for my thoughts, I figured I would copy and paste it here for others. The massage service was just nice. good pressure but the technique was lacking. nothing special or amazing that I would come back for. 7 out of 10 for the technician. However, my 90 min massage started 10 minutes late and ended 1 minute early. Unacceptable. I added the hand treatment add-on, which, obviously, just cut in to my massage time. Moreover, the add on was totally worthless. not only did it do nothing for my hands, it was the worst hand treatment add-on i have ever experienced. That type of hand treatment is what you receive complimentary at fine salons and spas. You don't pay $20 for it. A $20 hand treatment add-on, should actually add time to your service and should include warming mitts/towels and organic wax or paraffin treatment. this was a dry scrub smeared into my hands for 10 seconds and then wiped off. I was surprised and disappointed. 0 out of 10. The ladies at the front desk were not welcoming. it was business-as-usual. I could have been there paying for an oil change/tire rotation. One feigned a little interest, but it was uncomfortable, at best. Didn't help me with product inquiries. I wanted to buy something, but i wanted guidance as to what. They weren't interested in coming out from behind the desk . 4 out of 10. All in all, I was very disappointed. You need to have amazing technicians to outweigh the lack of extras that true spas have (steam shower, foot soak, robes, cucumber water, atmosphere with fireplace or running water fountain, etc). additionally, the staff need to step it up. Finally, the value of the services needs to be improved.I admit I was looking for a spa experience, and this is not it. Even so, if the service is awesome, I will return and recommend! I see several LMT's across the country who do not operate out of a spa, including an excellent one a couple blocks away from Harmony. Unfortunately, nothing was of enough value for me to recommend Harmony.

The staff and services at Harmony Massage are amazing! They're with you every step of the way. I participated in the red infrared light sauna and the new Aqua Roll machines they have! It's a great place to relax after a day on the mountain. The staff is also very knowledgeable!

After a few days skiing, my muscles needed some work. So glad that I happened to end up having Kalyn Lepre @ Harmony give me a massage!! I have had many massages in my life and I don't think I have ever had a better one. Kalyn is a student of her craft and has obviously studied many different massage styles/techniques. She was more knowledgeable than most massage therapists that I have experienced. She was so good, I ended up extending my massage to a 90 min instead of 60. Thanks, Kalyn - You are super-cool and a great massage therapist!!!

Looking for a place that's going to deliver an amazing experience, look no further than Harmony Health Massage. When I arrived I want expecting much, but when I arrived I had a smile from ear to ear. Why? This place was everything. They offer so much and the massage therapist were outstanding.. if you are looking for a fabulous place for a massage or their other services, choose Harmony Health Massage. They will not disappoint. If you want to feel fabulous than look no further, because they deliver the best massage. I was pleasantly surprised and if I'm in the area this is the place I will choose. Thank you for an amazing experience.

100% recommend! If you are in Breck skiing or just relaxing with family- you need to book an appointment at Harmony. It was probably the best massage I have ever had (ashiatshu). I was nervous about having it done because I'm used to traditional massages, but it was fantastic. The pressure was perfect. I'll be back for another one on our next trip!

I was fortunate to experience Harmony through Breck 101 and they have a new customer and word-of-mouther! I did oxygen therapy, Aqua roll, and the infrared sauna. Rhapsody and Randy were wonderful and very kind. The overall experience of all 3 services were fantastic and relaxing. Looking forward to my next visit and a massage!

Flutura is amazing! During all 5 sessions of Reiki and Craniosacral I had with her, she was attentive, calming, intuitive, insightful, and incredibly empathic. She feels like a gift, as a person, and as a practitioner. I can't really describe how grateful I feel to have met her and to have experienced her healing work. If you're wanting to feel more relaxed, calmer, less stressed, or if you're wanting to do more healing, I can't recommend her highly enough!I'll also say that Harmony spa exceeded my expectations overall. Each of the 8+ staff members I met, were warm, welcoming, and helpful. If you're in Breckenridge, be sure to check them out! Very worthwhile!
