I was not going take the time to post a review, but since i replied to the text asking for my thoughts, I figured I would copy and paste it here for others. The massage service was just nice. good pressure but the technique was lacking. nothing special or amazing that I would come back for. 7 out of 10 for the technician. However, my 90 min massage started 10 minutes late and ended 1 minute early. Unacceptable. I added the hand treatment add-on, which, obviously, just cut in to my massage time. Moreover, the add on was totally worthless. not only did it do nothing for my hands, it was the worst hand treatment add-on i have ever experienced. That type of hand treatment is what you receive complimentary at fine salons and spas. You don't pay $20 for it. A $20 hand treatment add-on, should actually add time to your service and should include warming mitts/towels and organic wax or paraffin treatment. this was a dry scrub smeared into my hands for 10 seconds and then wiped off. I was surprised and disappointed. 0 out of 10. The ladies at the front desk were not welcoming. it was business-as-usual. I could have been there paying for an oil change/tire rotation. One feigned a little interest, but it was uncomfortable, at best. Didn't help me with product inquiries. I wanted to buy something, but i wanted guidance as to what. They weren't interested in coming out from behind the desk . 4 out of 10. All in all, I was very disappointed. You need to have amazing technicians to outweigh the lack of extras that true spas have (steam shower, foot soak, robes, cucumber water, atmosphere with fireplace or running water fountain, etc). additionally, the staff need to step it up. Finally, the value of the services needs to be improved.I admit I was looking for a spa experience, and this is not it. Even so, if the service is awesome, I will return and recommend! I see several LMT's across the country who do not operate out of a spa, including an excellent one a couple blocks away from Harmony. Unfortunately, nothing was of enough value for me to recommend Harmony.
