Great customer service. Was exactly what I ordered. Good quality. I ordered for Father's Day. They delivered around 230pm. I was hoping to receive by noon before we went to lunch so that he could answer the door. But other then that I was satisfied and he was still surprised. My son put it in the fridge since we weren't home but they did offer for pick up or to leave elsewhere if no one was home.

Bad, bad ,bad!!!They took my order on 02/13/2020 and sent me a confirmation email, and a around 6:30 pm I got a voice mail stating they cancel my order !!I was trying to call them for hours and none answer the phone, when some one answer the next day, Rachelle was so rude, she gave me wrong time they closed, the Manager Joe was not helpful at all, made me pay extra for delivery

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.I live in VA and wanted to get my siblings who live in the area a nice gift. Well they received it on time, that's great. But what's the point of receiving it on time if it's not EDIBLE! They ate a chocolate covered strawberry and found it okay since well it's covered in chocolate. But as they tasted and inspected the fruit it was translucent and had a very stale taste to it. The fruits were not fresh, it tasted like they were frozen and not thawed. It was rubbery and not a taste of fresh fruits. I called the location to let them know of the issue. 5/20/19. MIND YOU, it took like 3 calls to this location to have them offer me a BIGGER order to the same people. My siblings said no thanks after the first order that went into the trash. Then they offer me store credit. I told them I live in VA and what am I suppose to do with store credit in San Diego.. PLEASE EXPLAIN.. this. They closed out my complaint with corporate saying they rectified the issue?! They said they didn't receive the pictures of the fruit well, how about now? I am so frustrated, I want my money back. They didn't once apologize or even give me a call to fix this issue. I'm fed up and if you can do yourself a favor order elsewhere!-- BTW: check out the response the store gave me. First off, YOU didn't give me a discount, this was a promotion for the company with a promo code. YOU as a store didn't accommodate in anyway. As you can see, no apology! I'm telling you don't order from here!

I can not thank Mike and his staff enough! I wanted to send a delicious assortment to congratulate a friend on her recent promotion but it was close to the end of the day and I was not sure if it would be possible. Mike and his team said "no problem," took my order over the phone, and called their driver to make sure the order could be delivered by the end of the day (keep in mind I had only given them about an hour time frame)! Extremely helpful, went the extra mile to accommodate my needs, and were super friendly while doing so! I will definitely be calling Mike and his team at Edible Arrangements again soon! :)
