I've been calling for two and a half hours. I had an IVF monitoring appointment today and unexpectedly need to order more medication for stims to be delivered tomorrow. I've scheduled two callbacks and left a message and no one answers the phone. I've waited on hold and it times me out. I don't understand - if you're not equipped to handle this many customers, maybe don't partner with fertility clinics and advertise your services.

We have used Integrity Pharmacy before with service that would amount to a 2.5 at most. Now, it seems their service quality has gone down farther.Integrity received our script one week ago. We have called and left messages for callback 4 times and have still not gotten a reply. As we needed to start the medications on a specific date, our hand was forced to go to another pharmacy and spend $200 more than what Integrity advertised.Prior to placing the order, I called twice, two weeks ago and was placed on hold both times. Once for an 1 hour and 47 minutes and the other time for 2 hours and 6 minutes.They claim they are experiencing a higher than normal call volume; the other six pharmacies I contacted said the same thing. The maximum amount of time I was on hold with any of them was 11 minutes. One had me put in for a call back and I received a call in under a half hour.If you're looking for other pharmacies, consider Avrio Pharmacy, WINFertilityRx, Apthorp Pharmacy, YouDrugstore.com, or NewEra Pharmacy.

They advised one medication was compounded and not covered by insurance. It was not a compound it was a manufacturers kit.2.) Twice on two different calls they told me a total and I asked if that was my part after processing through insurance .... no. They said they’d have to run my insurance (which was already on file) to tell me a price after. From a common sense perspective I thought insurance should be ran before telling a customer a total. The guy gave an attitude about even processing my insurance and acted as though it was a burden. I was placed on an extensive hold every time for insurance to be processed.3.) After running insurance they’d tell me a price for each medication... when I asked for a completed total I got a sigh and placed on hold again.Seemed as though they weren’t knowledgeable on what they were doing. With fertility meds timing is everything. I ended up transferring the medications to another pharmacy and had them 24 hours later.Hopefully process improves.

If you actually shop around, you'll notice their prices are more expensive than everyone else. And if you have discounts they come off the maximum suggested retail price whereas other pharmacies take it off of their actual price that they have listed in their facility. My first round of IVF I purchased here the next time I was smarter saved over $1,000 not using them. if you actually shocked around, you'll notice their prices are more expensive than everyone else. They're also consistently out of stock and if you call it's not abnormal to be on hold more than an hour. Then sometimes you get people that are out right just not smart. They are also consistently arguing I don't have fertility coverage when I do. Which also cost me money for medication that should have been covered and when ran by a separate Pharmacy was covered.

Their front staff’s professionalism could be improved upon. I entered the building and greeted the secretary only to get a response of “hold on”. No hello, no one moment please. Just “hold on, I’m busy”. Uhhh... okay, I’m here to give you business. That was the first impression and interaction I received from this place. Otherwise everything else was expected. I sure hope this cycle is a success because I don’t want to experience this again.

Received a text from them on 10/9 to go to a link for expedited service. Shortly thereafter, I did that, entered my insurance information on their site. Long story short I need my fertility injectable med tommorow Monday 10/21 (which I told them on a phone call 6 days ago) and don't have it. Do they not understand people have hundreds to thousands of dollars riding on their fertility treatment cycles and timing medications with your body and procedures is a crucial part of treatment? Seems they can't be relied upon.

Before you come in to pick up your prescription make sure to call before since the call you received telling you that pharmacy received the prescription from your doctor is not enough. You have to call and wait a couple days until the process your order. Office staff was extremely slow. The only had 1 personal in the front desk cashier area.In my time there I waited over 30min to pick up just one of my medications. Also the price given in a printed paper was not the final price. My view of this: taking advantage of the clientele since they are the only ones that offer/sell these types of medication. Positive mark: they offer coffee and water while you wait.

Horrible customer service. Had to call them for 4 days in a row. Waited on hold for over 15 minutes each time with no answer. Finally had to be rude with a receptionist to explain my issue in order to get a supervisor to call me back to have my meds sent. Integrity Pharmacy: we pay out of pocked for these medications, no insurance coverage, meds cost thousands of dollars. There are MANY options for speciality pharmacies. Will not be using you guys again. Really dropped the ball this time.

Called prior to driving to make sure the prescription was ready. Was told yes. Get to the location and only one was ready and the next not for another 4 hours. After all of this, i called again prior to driving (30 minutes each way) and was told it was ready. Get to the location and ONCE AGAIN it wasnt ready. It wasnt just not ready it wasnt even here. I waited in the lobby for over 40 minutes before being told this. How this company is still in business is beyond me.

First, expect to be on hold 30 minutes every time you call. Second, I called to order a medication refill and was asked, “do you have the discount card.” I didn’t, and the rep told me that with the card I could get the first vial free and the second vial half price, a savings of over $700. The refill was only for one vial, but the first time I had ordered four. No one ever asked me the first time!!!! Now I cannot apply the discount retroactively. The refill is time-sensitive and I may not be able to get discount card in time. Even if I do I will only save on one vial, instead of on two as I would have if they had asked me the first time around.UPDATE: Integrity Rx has contacted me several times since I posted this review. They say they are hiring more people to answer the phones. They also offered me a $30 refund.
