**Update: A few hours after posting this review I received a call from one of their VP's. He advised he read my review, wanted to refund my money for the contested purchase, and put a note in my file for future purchases. I found this to be great customer service and will continue to use them. -Original: I had used them for a while without issue. I really liked their prices, and overnight shipping at no additional cost. The other day I got a bill for an $8 medication from them, but noticed I was charged an additional $15 without being notified for what they said was "Integrity Protection". When I called and asked about it they said it was a new thing they were doing. If I were to lose my prescription within the first 24 hours I could replace it at no charge. If it is an $8 med, then it really would only cost me $8 to ship again if that were even needed. They refused to refund me the Integrity Protection because I had already received the medication, even though I didn't know anything about it until I received my meds. They said this $15 would be charged on each additional medication shipment, or I could do a yearly fee of $49. What I did was have my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy! That practice is not my opinion of "integrity".
