Feedback:

Went in for a 7am appointment. Send to Skyline building by original appointment. No staff in Skyline building. Check iternary I got at Skyline building kiosk. It said Franklin building went to Franklin building and waited. No one ever came. Went to Admissions floor. They confirmed on their computer I was correct in all my actions. Admissions called the floor twice no one answered. Admissions sent two messages over the Overhead, again no answers. Admissions refunded my co pay. Twenty minutes latter I get a call from the Dr's office saying she the doctor was in and if I came back she'd fit me in today. Months ago when I scheduled I said I wanted a male doctor.
