Today, I walked in 2 minutes before closing to get papers and I was greeted by silence and a scuff. I know what it’s like when customers walk in before closing but I knew what I wanted and my mood fell immediately after that. The lady at the counter said she was closed and by that time I looked at my watch and it was 8:59. So .. I said exactly that and I also said that I knew what I wanted. I spent less than a minute purchasing my item. I was disappointed in the lack ofCustomer service. She barely looked at me. With everything going on in the country, we don’t need this. That experience could have been different.

I went in to replace my water pipe that broke and the people behind the counter where very helpful n helping me find something in my price range, if you are looking for a family run smoke shop that has everything from CBD to Kratom to all kinds of wraps including CBD wraps this is the place to stop. A+++++ service, I love the art work and the big open windows makes you feel like a regular store NOT a sketchy smoke shop all dark inside J&J is the best I have to come across yet

Today was the First time that I went to this store, I was received by a lady Who seemed to be in a rush, she was in the phone arguing that she was still at work, and I asked her for cbd, she showed me what they had, and I was looking at the different cbd products, and she just kept staring at me with a nasty look, like if I was wasting her time so much, I just walked away and told her I didn’t like how she treated me and she responded by saying ok thank you, I don’t think I will go to this place again or recommend it at all, I decided to give it a try because I called and the guy in the phone had a good attitude, but when I got there it was the total opposite, they should really pay attention to the people they are hiring and focus a little more on customer service, because I didn’t even get to try anything there, and I probably never would because of that bad experience.

This is the only shop I will go to. The owner is a great dude. Super nice to everyone, and you never feel like he’s ever trying to sell you something. He listens and tries to recommend something. So if your going in for a wrap, he’s not going to try and sell you a glass piece. Every time I go In I end up standing there for 10Mins or so just to chat. Great Shop.

I been to many smoke shops in the past and I have to say this is the best one so far. The dude that own the place is nice and friendly. He give me quite of bit free stuff. There was times that I needed a new pipe or bowl for my bong and he gave me very good deal, ones that also include a free lighter, filters for my pipe etc. I highly recommend trying this place out if you're looking for a good smoke shop to just come visit and chill.

So I just left there like 45 minutes ago they were pretty helpful~~ The set up and the vibe is pretty cool the only thing is I had a little trouble with the one I bought I guess I got the wrong voltage or something? LOL but I called and spoke with the owners son and he said he’s going to help me on Monday when he opens up again so the customer service is like superb! He didn’t give me no messed up answer like oh I can’t help you out sorry LOL too bad sale made lol ...Yeah for sure All good:)

I've been to several smoke shops, but J&J is by far the Best shop I've been to hands down..GREAT customer service, really cool dude named Josh works there with Great smoke shop knowledge, and Amazing products, they always have what I'm looking for, definitely coming back here 👍👌

One of the owners Joshua help me buy my new SMOK T-PRIV KIT. It was for sure the best price I could possibly get, I'm so appreciative of that. I'm so very thankful for this wonderful little gem of a shop. For your smoke and vape needs and little accessories in between. J&J SMOKE SHOP is the place for me. Awesome family oriented business, very knowledgeable. Customer service was exceptional; they took my name and number, while also being diligent enough reassure me the items I would need in the future would be in stock. I'm very appreciative considering the amount of time the owner took to make sure my needs were rectified. The price was nice and you will see me again!! Thank you!
