Feedback:

Today, I walked in 2 minutes before closing to get papers and I was greeted by silence and a scuff. I know what it’s like when customers walk in before closing but I knew what I wanted and my mood fell immediately after that. The lady at the counter said she was closed and by that time I looked at my watch and it was 8:59. So .. I said exactly that and I also said that I knew what I wanted. I spent less than a minute purchasing my item. I was disappointed in the lack ofCustomer service. She barely looked at me. With everything going on in the country, we don’t need this. That experience could have been different.
