Jardin is the best dispensary in Las Vegas. I have been to many and they are just amazing. Always have whatever you need. I like specific types of flower and edibles and have run into problems with other dispensaries not have them in stock. Jardin never disappoints. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Their delivery service is amazing also. If you’re visiting Vegas I highly recommend Jardin as the dispensary to visit. Locals give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

I love how awsome you guys are when it comes to fixing rare mistakes makes me feel like you guys value me as a customer and that's very important to me so thanks again and I appreciate your whole staff(:So besides being such an amazing store with everything you could ask for I recently tried the "Durban Poison" by matrix and my God the smell that came out made me say oh wowww with joy it had such an amazing memorable smell to it reminded me alittle like grape kush but better I'd definitely recommend you try this strain atleast once to see what I'm talking about you wont regret it

This is my favorite dispensary I’ve ever been to, the bud tenders are all genuinely nice down-to-earth people. One of the best parts is the menu, they have an extensive list to choose from starting out really affordable going all the way to the top. They also remember who you are the more you go which adds the perfect amount of personal connection with the staff. Never gonna stop going to Jardin ❤️

I was a new frequent customer who had no problems. Then they tried to change my orders on me last minute to get more money. Better dispensaries are available now without the deceptive practices.Update: They called to 'try and make things right,' kept me on hold for over 10 minutes, and then offered to let me complete my order 'this time only' for the minimum my husband and I have always paid before.

I was not impressed, i paid 50 for an eigth after my military discout. I was very disappointed, this was one of their higher grades supposedly, to me it was stress, i spend a lot on weed and i will never go here again. They must be hiding all the good weed for the rappers. When will these dispensaries learn, you only get one time to please a new customer.

My first dispensary ever gone too when they first opened, then stopped going for awhile because of the distance, but then since their delivery service started, I started ordering through them again. They def are the best dispensary to me. They have the quickest delivery & their staff is incredibly fast & helpful. I would highly (lol) recommend them as you first choice!

Well....i had s delivery of product that was opened and much removed from the jar. Called and was helped by Glen ( a girl 😊 ) who was great. And resolved my issue promptly. But...i place another order, and was never even contacted st all. Just automated email. Got s message at 1am saying sorry not gonna,be delivered today.. I placed that order at 3pm... no communication for 10hrs.... nothing.... I will not be a return customer....seems they say they care about their customers..but they don't really care about their customers at all. Shame

Lol so here’s my story. I ordered delivery in Las Vegas (Jardín dispensary) where they say you need to live within 20 miles of the dispensary to get the 100 dollar minimum order. I place my order (1- 7g cannagar) and asked for my veteran discount. I get a call about 30-45 minutes later saying oh you live 21.2 miles so you have to order 125 worth of product pre tax. So I’m like okay so I add on 2 pre rolls. Then they tell me I can’t get my discount for the cannagar (no explanation initially) so whatever I add on the 2 pre rolls and my cannagar and they said 150. I then said okay. I then get a call about 20 minutes later and they said my order was updated to 141. I then said okay again you know going with the flow. Then it finally arrives and I open the pack and I see a 3.5g cannagar. I then call them asking why I got the wrong product and as I look at the my receipt the original one has the 7g cannagar and the new one right beside it (which had to be Atleast 125 dollars) and it says 3.5g cannagar. So I’m not sure if they’re trying to scam or was hoping someone didn’t catch it but here’s where it becomes laughable that this company “is the premiere or elite or whatever they say.” I call then start asking, and they said I have to pay 10 more dollars when they bring the right product because they only charged me for the 8th cannagar I then ask maybe I could get a discount for it you know seeing that they messed up the order after I just added 2 pre rolls. Also I couldn’t get my military discount on my order for my cannagar because they put it up as the wrong price as 110 instead of 150 (I checked at 10am and ordered at 5:30 pm.) then they played it off as that’s a good discount tho 40 dollars. Yeah you know what my total was before I placed this order. 101 dollars I’m ending up paying 151 in the end! So long story short I wasn’t sure if they initially tried to give me a different product a scam me because they messed up and I’m not really sure why I’m still paying a 10 dollar difference on a order you guys messed up when no one mentioned a cannagar to be changed. So if your wondering why you got a 1 star review this is why. And I honestly truly mean this. Please someone that is higher up in this company please contact me.Also it’s called eating it once in a while. (Which means just taking the difference in the money you would’ve lost because your company made a mistake)

I made an order and asked about discounts I got a 15% and then during confirmation they took it away because apparently I was already getting a good deal, of course that good deal comes with like 23% tax set by the the dispensary which makes it not a good deal after all, very disappointed at how they handled this situation but I’m sure they’re not loosing anything except this consumer. If I wasn’t going to get the discount anyways why make me send the proof if I’m a veteran?

I cant get over how very helpful the whole staff at Jardín Premium Cannabis Dispensary is and how welcoming they are. I often have detailed questions about each strain. Being a survivor of Cancer surgery, Jardin has been important in my quality of life. The "Live Chat" option on the website is pure gold. You have a question , they find out the answer fast and you dont even have to pick up your phone or go to the store. The delivery option has been great. Jardín Premium Cannabis Dispensary rises to the top in an over crowned market/industry. Please send everyone at the store a HUGE thank you hug from me. I will soon be off of cannabis , as I will be healed and not need it anymore. But I will always be thankful to Jardín and if the time comes that I need it again ( lets hope not) I know they will be there for me.
