Lol so here’s my story. I ordered delivery in Las Vegas (Jardín dispensary) where they say you need to live within 20 miles of the dispensary to get the 100 dollar minimum order. I place my order (1- 7g cannagar) and asked for my veteran discount. I get a call about 30-45 minutes later saying oh you live 21.2 miles so you have to order 125 worth of product pre tax. So I’m like okay so I add on 2 pre rolls. Then they tell me I can’t get my discount for the cannagar (no explanation initially) so whatever I add on the 2 pre rolls and my cannagar and they said 150. I then said okay. I then get a call about 20 minutes later and they said my order was updated to 141. I then said okay again you know going with the flow. Then it finally arrives and I open the pack and I see a 3.5g cannagar. I then call them asking why I got the wrong product and as I look at the my receipt the original one has the 7g cannagar and the new one right beside it (which had to be Atleast 125 dollars) and it says 3.5g cannagar. So I’m not sure if they’re trying to scam or was hoping someone didn’t catch it but here’s where it becomes laughable that this company “is the premiere or elite or whatever they say.” I call then start asking, and they said I have to pay 10 more dollars when they bring the right product because they only charged me for the 8th cannagar I then ask maybe I could get a discount for it you know seeing that they messed up the order after I just added 2 pre rolls. Also I couldn’t get my military discount on my order for my cannagar because they put it up as the wrong price as 110 instead of 150 (I checked at 10am and ordered at 5:30 pm.) then they played it off as that’s a good discount tho 40 dollars. Yeah you know what my total was before I placed this order. 101 dollars I’m ending up paying 151 in the end! So long story short I wasn’t sure if they initially tried to give me a different product a scam me because they messed up and I’m not really sure why I’m still paying a 10 dollar difference on a order you guys messed up when no one mentioned a cannagar to be changed. So if your wondering why you got a 1 star review this is why. And I honestly truly mean this. Please someone that is higher up in this company please contact me.Also it’s called eating it once in a while. (Which means just taking the difference in the money you would’ve lost because your company made a mistake)
