I had purchased membership through Groupon. While waiting in line, for about 10 minutes, a man behind me, with a basket full of bread,wanted to know why the line was moving slow. Diamond called Gene and he spoke to the man. Yes, the line was moving slow, but the ladies were working hard... I am 58 years old & needed help with my membership download. I was fortunate to have Diamond help me. Oh my goodness she has the patience of Job. The help she gave was awesome. She took her time with me & as long I get that type of service I will wait. My only complaint: No air conditioning.

Shoppers and store Associates all wore masks and were respectful of social distancing. Inventory was abundant as everything on my list was in stock. Checkout was fast and contactless with the Scan & Go app.

I love this Sam's Club. Everything is easy to find, their prices are good, the return policy is amazing (with some exceptions, you can return anything you bought there no matter how long ago you bought it. No worrying about if they'll return or exchange something you bought a year ago or longer), the store is very clean, and the employees are fantastic. In all the years I've been shopping here I've never had a problem with any of the employees. They're kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are always friendly and never act like they're too busy to help you with any questions you have. Excellent customer service!

Sam's club has come along way!Club stores tend to all be the same, but Sam's in this area tend to be less crowded and have more options for check out.The Sam's club app is a game changer. It makes the 15 min In-n-Out possible with the app.It allows you to scan your items as you shop and pay through the app.That saves you Soooonmuch time. No waiting in lines. LOVE this FEATURE!

AWESOME!!! I don't have a membership,but Sam's Club is allowing those of us who are essential workers come in& shop without membershipSundays 8Am-10AM until the end of May. Thank u Sam's Club!!! 4 making us feel Special. It's not all about nurses and doctors it takes team of departments within a hospital to make the hospital go round. Ya know what I'm sayin'??? I DO DO WORK@A HOSPITAL& I'VE BEEN FEELIN' " UNDER-APPREIATED😒😔☹

Love this Sams Club. Still have a Costco membership but thinking of not renewing it because Sams is just so much easier! Easy to find parking, no crazy crowds and long lines inside. Costco is like Disneyland in summer—it drives me insane! I can pop in and out of Sams easily and they have an online app where you can scan and pay right then and there!! I LOVE that part! You really don’t have to wait to check out!! Sams is awesome!

I come here very often, because I live a few blocks away and because I like it a lot and haven't had problems at all. However, just a moment ago I was asked to leave because I had my little yorkie with me, in her bag. No, she's not a service dog but, wouldn't have been bothered by it if this was the first time I had brought her in. Like I told the girls in the entrance, I have been in this same club before with her all over the store and NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER HAS TOLD ME I COULDN'T BRING HER. I was in here just 2 weeks ago and NOBODY said a word to me. This is the only issue I have.

I cringe at thought of having to deal with the bakery at this location. For some reason the staff in this department makes up the rules as they go along. New day New deal is the approach they take. Spoke with a supervisor at this warehouse to express how unsatisfied I am with the level of customer service they are not capable or not willing to give.

They had an electric bycicle on display and everytime I came the would not sell me the display because they had more in stock just not on the floor which I completely understand. On the 3rd time I came they were sold out but still had the display but again they wouldn't sell it to me and we went back and foward for over 20 minutes asking to sell me the display but they said NO since they had more on order. Came back for the fourth time few days later and they sold the display because they weren't getting any more. It's all bs, if the employees knew me already since I came over 4 different occasions in a matter of 2 weeks yet they were giving me the run around. Sam's has good stuff unfortunately the have horrible employees and even worst customer service. Thank you torrance Sam's club for waisting my time and gas for nothing.

I've been going to this Sam's Club location for about 3 years now. 2 years ago I notice I was double charged on a couple different items for a total of $30.00 extra. I went back and hand to stand in a long customer service line for 20 minutes to get it fixed. Since then it has happened 5 more times including today. I bought bottled water and they charge me for the CRV 3 times. I have complained to the store manager previously yet this over charge continues. Reached out to their corporate office who told me to talk to the store manager. If you shop at the Sam's Club in Torrance, CA check your receipts carefully. I can't be the only person being over charged.
