Everything was fine but ended on a SOUR NOTE when I went to order a Family Combo pizza. The lady behind the window asked me "What kind of pizza do you want with that combo?" I asked what type of pizza do they offer? She told me the 3 types. She charged me $8 and change. Immediately I brought it to her attention by asking her if she charged me the correct amount. She said "Yes."I then asked her "Why does it say on the menu above that the Family combo is $13.99?" She had a total meltdown. She then shook her head and slapped her hand on the cash register and said "You ordered the pizza combo! But you didn't order the Family Combo!"She kept saying all sorts of things under her breath while putting her hand on her forehead and said: "Now I have to cancel the order!" Then she turned and told the woman behind her that I ordered the wrong thing and said she has to ring it up all over again. The Drama was exaggerated and unnecessary so I said to her: "I'm sorry that this is such a trajedy, but that's why I was asking questions" - as she went ahead and finalized the bill and charged me for the wrong order. She continued with her exaggerated Drama and then told me that my order was going to take about an hour. The woman ahead of me got the same combo and her order was ready in a fraction of the time. I sat down at a table in front of the order counter and I could see that my order sat on the back counter for a while. I didn't say anything and waited for her to call me up. She finally made eye contact with me and then told the woman making the orders to go ahead and give it to me. Basically what she did was punish me for her own mistake. I was cordial and said thank you as she handed me my order through the window and I left.I got home and heated the now cold pizza in the microwave and ate it.
