We just moved here a few months ago and I have to say the food is good ,but the service is Terrible. I order Pasta and pizza for delivered,and by the time he got to our house was an hour and 20 minutes late which are food was lukewarm and then on top of it was given the wrong pasta the The 2nd time we ordered from them same thing Except we got the wrong pizza it was full of onions and veggies which I'm allergic to onions so they offered me a free pizza for next time only thing it wasn't even the same equal value which I ordered a large pizza whats up with that ,???lol ,but no matter we still tried to give them a fourth chance ,So we call in to get the free pizza plus other goodies, but I was informed The new manager was unable to honor that free pizza since it was under the old manager which was only last month .They've been under new management the last 6 months get it together people You give the Domino's chain a bad name. I definitely will not be ordering there ever again I'll just have to drive into the Wildomar location they're pretty awesome so far Good job guys ..

Probably one of the worst pizzas I've ever experienced I got a three topping large thin crust because if you get a hand tossed Pizza the dough is never cooked thoroughlyThere was no sauce on the pizza whatsoever and the toppings you're no differentWhoever answers the phone and tells a customer to hurry up should be firedThe pizza is like the employees they suck

Once again, it took over 1 hour from the time the tracker said the driver left the store with my order to get to my house which is no more than 5 minutes down the road. And the tracker said it arrived and I should be enjoying it about 45 minutes prior to me even receiving it. When I called the store, they told me the delivery guy had 1 delivery prior to me. Only 1!! Pizza arrived barely warm and soggy. This is the 3rd time in a row this has happened. They take forever to deliver the pizza when they are literally down the street!! They tell me, “it’s a senior driver so he likes to take his time.” Unacceptable. Called 3 times and they were very rude like I was annoying them with the exception of the first girl I talked to who was very nice. The last person was a manager and gave me a refund when I asked but was still not very pleasant to deal with. Done with this store for sure.

Just ordered a pizza for a hot spot pickup because my brothers new house isn't on the map. The hot spot is literally 5 min from the store with a delivery time of 11:11pm. Called the store at 11:35 pm, and was told that the delivery driver had just left. The driver shows up at 11:56 pm. I have no desire to do business with this dominos ever again.

Horrible!!!!!!!!! Send wrong items,burnt items, items you don’t order. Promise to make it right on your next order and when you ask for what they promised they deny ever saying it. The management of this location is despicable. Didn’t have the salad I ordered so they sent me a different one and expected me to accept it. R U kidding me? Maybe you should have called me so I could have swapped it out for something I would actually eat. It was the second item of the $5.99 deal so when I refused it they charged me full price for the first item. 😮

Lazy people. I love Domino's. Tried to place order at 1030. It said unable to complete try again in a bit. So i try at 10:45. got the same thing. Waited till about 11:10 tried again. It still didn't work so i called before they close late at 12. On Hold From 11:10 till close. Didn't get to eat after getting off work late. Awesome. Why do i feel like y'all just closed early and left me hanging on hold forever.

There was an issue with lighting of the sign and also lighting and layout of the parking lot. It took us circling around 3 or 4 times using Google Maps to find it. We called and ordered before we headed over there and they said 20-25 minutes wait. But it took us probably 20 minutes to drive there and drive around looking for the place. Then we had to wait another 10-15. The pizza was decent. I just didn't like the location and lack of signs (they really should have a sign out by the street and a well lit sign above their store) and the wait.

This Dominio"s is hit or miss in terms of food. We've had orders that were great and then we've had orders that were my food was burnt on the bottom. Same with management complaints. Sometimes management cares and other times I can tell that all I'm doing is bugging them and they just want me to go away. I gave them 3 stars when I really wish I could have given them 2.5 instead. Guess its kind of like the management huh!

The driver arrived an hour and a half late. I called the store and the manager told me that they had gotten super busy and he was sorry. It wouldn't have bothered to me nearly as much except my pizzas were actually cold by the time they arrived and I was staying at a hotel less than a mile away. Definitely not like my usual Domino's.
