Cant speak much for the family care or other services provided, but their radiology is absolutely horrid. Ended up waiting nearly an hour for my dad, and that's not even the issue. People who came after us were all checked in before we got called. It wasn't until I went back to reception that the lady did something about it and we got called in. Radiology nurse could have been more polite. Their urgent care is not too bad as the doctors and nurses we've received have been polite. I can definitely attest to the long wait times similar to some reviews posted before me. Not the best Kaiser.

This place is just getting worse and worse waiting time is more and this past wk I took my son to Urgent care and the paper in the table was not changed was dirty there was a rubber blue tourniquet that they use to draw blood on the floor next tot he exam table. There was some open wrapper of something they used on the counter. Another time the doctor that saw my son gave him a medicine that was too much mg for his age. Thanks to the pharmacist that they checked and changed it since the doctor had left for the day.

I've been coming to Kaiser for years an I really like them. If you want lots of time with your doctor, this might not be the health plan for you. I agree the doctors rush a bit. They also care and give good advice. The nurses are nice too. That's the sort of culture they have at Kaiser. Helpful and friendly. I've never had to go to be admitted to a Kaiser Hospital. The office visits are always pleasant though. Even urgent care works well. They got me in and took care of what was bothering me fairly quickly. I've been to some of their health classes. They are well run with experienced people running them.

Never will I have Kaiser insurance again. I gladly pay an extra 100 a month just so I never have to go back to the worst medical hospital around. Think twice about giving birth in Kaiser, they give your baby no care/evaluations. They dont call you for exams, you have to schedule all your own stuff even if your a first time parent. Dont go with Kaiser!!! If you have a child, move them to CHOC asap

This location is a joke. I went to Urgent care for a pinch nerve and an ingrown toe nail and the Vietnamese lady doctor was rude and didn’t listen to what I was saying. She basically said I can’t do anything for you. And said to schedule an appt with a specialist. I scheduled an appt for a month later. I ended up in the emergency room with a bad infection and able to walk. I hate Kaiser they only hire Asian Dr. This is America

Oh how I dislike Kaiser. I started off at the Anaheim facility, switched doctor to avoid feeling rushed but that did not work. I switched to Garden Grove, I am on my 3rd doctor and same thing. I feel rushed all the time male or female doctor! Then I scheduled a pap and a full physical. Turns out I am nit due for a pap until December! The appt. desk failed to check also I had to fast for my blood work and they never told me!! So disappointed!!

After giving birth to my son, we were scheduled our first Well Baby visit at this Kaiser Permanente. The N.P. who gave my son his Well Baby visit was extremely unprofessional, demeaning, and rude. Her name is Margo W. Coon. Being from Indonesia, it is normal for us to cosleep with our children. She straight out attacked me and said "Would you rather follow your culture and have a dead baby?" I was outraged by this statement because she could have worded her concerns about SIDS a different way. Next, she continued to treat me poorly by giving all the important paperworks and information to my husband, saying, "Dad, you seem to be the more scientific, research type, so let me give you all this information and papers to read". LAUGH OUT LOUD. If only she knew that I am the one who does all the research and paperwork in the home and have a background in scientific research. Our second visit, she apologized for her behavior, but continued to give all the important papers to my husband and repeated her statement "Dad, you are the scientific, research one here". By this time, I already had enough of her nonsense. I was thankful that his next baby visit was with a different doctor, Kent Keith Fung M.D. who was completely respectful, knowledgeable, and listened to our concerns instead of being demeaning. I do not recommend any first time parents to see Margo W. Coon as their baby's pediatrician, unless you are fine with her unprofessional demeanor and condescending attitude. I highly recommend choosing Dr. Kent Keith Fung as your baby's pediatrician, plus he understands what a lot of younger parents go through, having his own children (he is able to relate, empathize, and understand your concerns better). I would've given 5 stars, but my bad experience with Margo W. Coon in pediatrics ruined it.
