Horrible place, my dad was transferred here and they treated him horribly i have personally have seen how they drop and still have the odassity to scream at patients . They don't care if there skin gets damaged they will not check , move, or help they will just leave them there with the wound getting worse. We’ve had so many horrible situations with their staff, And there attitude Is unbelievable. They are inhumane its heartbreaking.

This place was my home for 4and half months.i had friends there who where like my adopted family.i had one friend here name was ana a.she was my friend to.when I left to go across the parking lot.i ask her if I can come and visit her and the other and she said yes anytime i want so I saw her at 7:30-759pm.because That's the only time I could see her.after four years visit I was told that I couldn't come over anymore.i 😠for two weeks and I am still ðŸ˜. Because I thought I have friends who cares about me but they not.Ana are from 3:00+11:40pm.they also steady from me a month where of clothing.they say that they are looking for them.which means no they are not.

I love the people there they are my family but not now.i was moving over to across the parking lot.i ask Ana A if I can come and visit.her and the other and she said anytime.her hours is from 3:00-11:40pm I come at 7:30 and stay until 7:59pm that is when the visiting hours are.last week I was told that I could not come anymore.and I have been crying every day and night.my right eye is swollen from all the crying.the other things is that they stole a month of clothing from me.they keep saying that they will look into it.but I still don't have my clothing that the laundry room took from me.

Mi mom was send to this place 3 weeks ago and she keeps telling us that the service is Really Bad that when she calls for help for theme to change her pamper they just ignored her and all night they live her with a dirty pamper on her my mom says that they just go and ask if she needs help and my mom keeps telling them to change her the dirty pamper and they just ignored her and that my mom heard two of the suppose nurses or assistance saying one to each other that if she wants to change pampers and they say to each other that they Don't want to change pampers and my Question is why this people work there if they Don't want to do there Job how it has to be and also all the time I been there I see the nurses or Docters assistant's who work there Very unprofessional talking Bad and making fun of otheres patients and whispering all the time I thought this was a very good place to have my mom in But I see that when ever we are there visiting they pretend to be nice and professional But when we live i can just imagine how they treated all this patients and my mom if you love you love ones please check and observe the Bad service there is here we are going to change my mom to a different place Because this is not the way to treat a human or to serve there patients they need to Do something about it who ever is incharge of this place.

The nurses love my mom. Its clean and homey. Well decorated. Very big place with two courtyards and two dining halls. My mom was transfered here from a horrible place in studio city rehab. She got skin infection there and she almost died of spesis. This place healed my mom. My only feedback is she needs her radio on and to be out more in her geri chair. I don't know if they over medicate my mom so she sleeps all day cuz she has alzheimers. She cant tell me.

the most ghetto, dirty, trashy place I have ever had the displeasure of going to. the patients were left in the hallway and some trying to move things out of there way to move them self's. the staff has no respect for patients and couldn't explain my fathers illness to me. if a patients visitor should wear the gown that should be said at the being of visit not through the middle especially if he has a contagious illness with no none cure.

My sister is in the sub-acute department and so far it has been a wonderful experience. I want to thank the staff specially, Daisy Montoya, the social worker.. Runette Herrera, the Nurse and especially the very nice nurse Alvard Sargisyan. This team has helped make the stay enjoyable and warm for my sister, which in turn is helping us very much.

I had to stay there for 8 months after my motorcycle accident and it wasn't too bad. I really liked the people that worked there except I really didnt get the proper physical therapy that I needed. They really need to pay attention to what injuries each person has and give each person the therapy required for their particular injuries. Otherwise, it was pretty good. Food wasn't bad...

This place is absolutely AWFUL DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBER/ FRIEND HERE. My grandmother had to stay for 2 weeks and it was the worst experience. She had to wait at least half an hour for a nurse to finally come in and check on her, and when she did ask for something they would say they'd bring it but wouldn't come back with what she needed. There was one night were they left her in her diaper for hours she ended up with a horrible rash. Another night she said she vomited and called for a nurse but one never came she eventually fell asleep in it. And every morning we'd go to see her she cried saying the nurses were mean to her. 9/10 of the nurses were rude, never listened to anything my grandmother asked them, and just seemed like they hated their job and didn't care to be there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. UNLESS YOU ARE TRYING TO FORCE YOUR LOVED INTO A GRAVE.

I feel sorry for all the elder people that have been left at the this place, not just for the things that I have seen but for what is happening to my family. I have a big family, we just took my father there because we can't watch him 24/7. This being his first week we all have a lot of questions regarding his old medication, new medications being prescribed, diaper change, cleaning, eating. The people that work have been horribly rude, they have yelled and argued with us because we asked about our father medicine, his diaper or anything concerning his wellbeing. At this point we feel so helpless and sad that we have to leave our farther there while we find another place for him. I cant believe that people who have decided to work in health care and helping people are so annoyed when being asked for help and information.
