Feedback:

I feel sorry for all the elder people that have been left at the this place, not just for the things that I have seen but for what is happening to my family. I have a big family, we just took my father there because we can't watch him 24/7. This being his first week we all have a lot of questions regarding his old medication, new medications being prescribed, diaper change, cleaning, eating. The people that work have been horribly rude, they have yelled and argued with us because we asked about our father medicine, his diaper or anything concerning his wellbeing. At this point we feel so helpless and sad that we have to leave our farther there while we find another place for him. I cant believe that people who have decided to work in health care and helping people are so annoyed when being asked for help and information.
