I went there today for the first time. Excellent customer service and extremely clean facility, all of which made my experience pleasant. Granted, don't be alarmed if you see a line which encompasses the circumference of the very large store. I promise you they have enough staff which made everything move very quickly. Thank you again, and I look forward to using PLS's services in the future and will definitely recommend this location anytime I can. 😷😀😀😀😀😀😀😷

i can not believe I just stood in this place, CURRENTLY STILL WAITING FOR MY CHECK TO BE PROCESSED, with THE WORST, rudest customer service I have ever experienced here. Typically its pretty poor anyway but never this bad.I was coming here every month for money orders and check cashing when I lived up the street. The max employees I had ever seen was maybe 2 or 3 each timw I went in, no matter what time of the day or night. Tonight there was way more, and the line wait was still rediculous. One of the obvious newer employees had me at the window not wanting to cash my check whatsoever. Giving me the hardest time when his higher up was telling him to just cash it. He was lying to her telling her I had never cashed there before so that he didn't have to cash it. Not even being thorough with me so I could get him the information he needed in order to follow whatever procedure he was claiming to follow.I asked him a question about something she said to him in regards to my check and his response was "we were talking between the two of us".When she told me she would try to help me and ask me to verify MY phone number he had written on the back, she told me I had written a different number and I informed her that It wasn't me who wrote it, it was her colleague, he said the incorrect numbee is what I told him. My response was "why would I give you my wrong phone number. You didn't even read the number back to verify you had it accurately." In all that time, the lady still got me my checked cash and money in my hand before he finished processing my pickup, which he had started 10 minutes before her. Re. Dic. U. lous.

I come here every Friday but for some reason today 8/5/16 11:41pm its a line of people and one worker but two women whose saying we're off and they're giving customers bad attitude because people have been waiting and just trying to get help might want to hire people with better attitudes for this line of work and help if u see more than ten customers it would go a long way but other than that service is always good just voicing my opinion

Ignorant employees with little knowledge of their own practice, dare I say careers as most don't seem to comprehend a word. Was being forced to give out SS when a California ID is and always will be more than enough. Maggie specifically did a very poor job and didn't leave a good taste in our mouth as first time visitors. Will be calling corporate as well as never stepping a foot in this trash heap again.
