i can not believe I just stood in this place, CURRENTLY STILL WAITING FOR MY CHECK TO BE PROCESSED, with THE WORST, rudest customer service I have ever experienced here. Typically its pretty poor anyway but never this bad.I was coming here every month for money orders and check cashing when I lived up the street. The max employees I had ever seen was maybe 2 or 3 each timw I went in, no matter what time of the day or night. Tonight there was way more, and the line wait was still rediculous. One of the obvious newer employees had me at the window not wanting to cash my check whatsoever. Giving me the hardest time when his higher up was telling him to just cash it. He was lying to her telling her I had never cashed there before so that he didn't have to cash it. Not even being thorough with me so I could get him the information he needed in order to follow whatever procedure he was claiming to follow.I asked him a question about something she said to him in regards to my check and his response was "we were talking between the two of us".When she told me she would try to help me and ask me to verify MY phone number he had written on the back, she told me I had written a different number and I informed her that It wasn't me who wrote it, it was her colleague, he said the incorrect numbee is what I told him. My response was "why would I give you my wrong phone number. You didn't even read the number back to verify you had it accurately." In all that time, the lady still got me my checked cash and money in my hand before he finished processing my pickup, which he had started 10 minutes before her. Re. Dic. U. lous.
