Don't forget to tell them if you want indica or sativa because apparently that is all they know about weed. The employees are the only reason I come back so whoever is in charge should step it up and QUIT RUSHING PEOPLE. You are here for us and we are not shopping for you so let us browse or drop your selection down so people will leave in a timely matter like you treat us. Honestly don't care if there is a line outside, I stood in it and waited my turn so I should be able to take my time. I am getting this big headache from a weed store ment to rid my stress, well thanks for the stress. Have spent well over 800 dollars here and won't be coming back for another headache.

It’s unfortunate this is the SECOND time where I’ve asked for something and the budtender double checked with me and still gave me the wrong item. He also gave me a sativa instead of indica... i don’t smoke sativa/sativa hybrids ... I just lost out on a 60$ Gold hash rosin concentrate.In no way did they try to accommodate me or exchange the item when it was their fault. DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE YOU WALK OUT.

I have worked in the industry for 10 years all together and have never had customer service like this from any shop! We purchased a gram of oleum (concentrate) and my significant other got home all ready for his dab and almost half the gram had leaked out. I called just to let them know what had happened just in case any of the others were having the same issue. They asked me to come back and they replaced it. I of course brought the gram and packaging back (they had a receipt). They exchanged it for me!!! Something that has never happened to me before. Even working for shops. They are my go to store and I will be going there no matter what (unless out of town). I appreciate everything these guys did for us!

No guidence, you walk in and are expected to know to stand in line while they help people who came in after you. Constantly ignoring first come first serve, they dont ask if you have been helped and apparently even when you walk the budtender to the case she (short brunette with green eyes) will get you two of the same strain even after you showed them the three you want. They wont confirm your order before hiding it in the bag and they're point system is a joke. You have to ask them if they have one then ask how it works. 0 customer service.Extremely irritatingly disappointing, there are so many people out there that could do this job efficiently instead it seems they have found every employee they could that simply doesnt want to be there.

Kushmart is Awesome! I unfortunately have A Lot of chronic pain. They took my Dilaudid so I do edible marijuana. Kushmart has the BEST people hands down, but along with that, the selection is amazing! I recommend Kushmart to everyone. Everyone I have taken there 💯 agree! They know their product and they have a lot. If you want anything marijuana go to Kushmart!!

The staff at KushMart North are some of the most helpful employees I have ever met inside of a pot shop. They are extremely patient and knowledgeable about their products. My first time buying a vape pen took about 30 minutes with an employee going over the positive and negative points of each battery and did great matching up the types of pot I was looking for. They definitely got a long time client from me.

Great set up indoors. Gives you a great view of each product behind clear glass cases. Awesome guy at the door and staff behind the counter are knowledgeable, kind, and give you the best price for what you re looking for. Tell them what you want and they are fantastic in finding the right product. Kush Mart is down near Value Village on East side of Evergreen Way Everett.

Always very busy. They have a great selection, but that can lead to some employee confusion from time to time. That being said, the prices are right and if you *know* what you want, this is a great place to shop. If you don't know what you're looking for, I suggest going to another store that isn't as busy to speak with the budtenders.

I do not expect good service because I'm a good customer, I expect good service as a customer. I was in near close on the 21st and there was a customer working with one of the staff. That staff member worked with the guy for about 10 minutes and the staff member turned him over to one of two remaining employees. By this time a line of 5 customers were lined up and the same guy them worked with the new girl for an additional 10 minutes and which point I said there are other customers in here that require service as well. Mind you that customer had not ever got cash from the machine at this point and was expecting the girl to wait for him. When I said something your employee yelled "we are under staffed and if you don't like it go some place else". I did wait and make my purchase, but will never return to this store because I don't like it. Considering this was my favorite store and considering I spent in excess of 500 monthly in the store, it would seem to be a lose lose situation. I would not recommend this location because I don't think it's appropriate to yell at the customer. Maybe it would have been more appropriate to have the necessary staff, and if you don't maybe be proactive and let your customers know you are short handed, but mostly don't customers stand in line for 20 minutes without saying a word. At what point would you say something? By the way, all the other customers were angry as well, one guy calling the customer selfish.
